I see... I'll see if I can't check out a copy of 2 on the Psn. Yeah, from what I heard, SC5 Really isn't the prime meat of the series.... there are a LOT of copy characters... and the single player does suck shit.... but I DO enjoy the character creation. If I had known it would have been this disappointing, I would have tried to get a better SC from the start. All in all, I think I liked playing Nightmare most, and Siegfried, but they are basically the same character, so...

5 also did weird shit with existing characters

In Soul Blade, Siegfried the annoying twat becomes Nightmare in his ending

In SC1 he is Nightmare

In SC2 he is Nightmare and breaks free in his ending

In SC3 he is Siegfried again but he's not an annoying 16 year old now and Inferno (The spirit inside Soul Edge) takes control of Siegfried's old empty blue armor to make Nightmare a serpate entity

In SC4 Sieg and Nightmare have what is supposed to be their final battle, and both of their endings involve killing the other person

But SC5

Man SC5 has some stupid shit. Not only are both Sieg and Nightmare alive and well, but Inferno takes another host instead of just staying as a disembodied suit of armor like he did for the last few games. And Nightmare's new host is Raphael but somehow Raphael's spirit is free and takes it's own body as a vampire that talks like a fucking twat and none of it makes sense because there's now two Raphaels running around and it's not like Inferno needed another host because for the previous two games it was made very clear that he no longer needed a human host and man this shit is really fucking dumb. AND ON TOP OF THAT, Siegfried is still a mopey cunt even though it's been like twenty years since anything bad has happened to him and he basically repeats his lines from SC4 even though there's nothing for him to be a emo twat about anymore.
