Alka casually drove through the partially ruined city in a blank white van. She wore a bored expression and gave a big sigh when she arrived at her designated area. "I hate drone duty....." she grumbled as she hopped out of the van and walked around to the back. She flung open the doors and pressed a button, causing a large rack that tightly fit to slide out. On the rack was three rows of six dual rotor drones waiting to be deployed. Alka pressed a few buttons once again and the drones came to life and scattered into the city. The rack collapsed into the van again and she now got into the driver seat again, pulling out a large touch screen tablet from the passenger side. On it were the live feed of each drone as they patrolled the city, scanning various citizens for potential signs of being supernatural. Seeing how they were all fully operation, she radioed in to the area.
"This is Vector One, Avansta PMC, to all enforcers and agents in the area. Drone sweep has begun and is at your disposal." she said with a bored tone. What she really wanted to be doing is actually moving around and hunting down the monsters, but she has a literal job to do, and that was to protect the drone van and monitor the progress for today.

You know that awesome energy blade like thing from Mass Effect? Ya know, this one? Yeah, that one. It's the best way I could really describe the offensive form of this power. She can not only manipulate her new found energy into that melee weapon focused form, but also create a small personal shield with it that usually appear directly at the spot wear the physical threat will make contact in order to be more efficient with her energy. However, seeing how this new secret world is all very new to the poor girl, she barley knows how to generate said protection, let alone weaponize it to its full potential.
-Animal Traits-
No, those ears and tail aren't just for show! In fact, they represent a larger underlying animal capabilities. She's very fast and nimble, much more than your average human, and has senses of that of a dog. Something that she hasn't really gotten used to yet....

None to really speak of right now.
Personality:
Skeptical. The rest will be revealed.

While dynamically revealing a characters past and.... well... character through the IC of a roleplay is one of my favorites, there is a need of an explanation of sorts. You see, to vaguely give some summary, she was a normal human girl, well at least physically, before a traumatizing, life threatening event propelled her (so to speak) into this new hidden world of fantasy creatures. She's very new to all of this, and was sent to this academy to help....ease her into her new found lease on life.

-Knows her way around most guns, though doesn't specialize with any particular weapon-
Weapons:
AK-92 Rail Repeater with eight 50 round magazines. This weapon is a very common firearm with no recoil and fires 12.7mm projectiles at incredible speeds making them nearly impossible to dodge in any way.
M-29 Pistol with four 15 round magazines. A basic heavy pistol that fires .45 rounds.
K7 Energy Blade, this blade can cut through most materials and is eight inches in length.
Mk8 Deployable Hardlight Shield that can withstand most standard attacks for a short period of time
Personality:
Straight forward, no bullshit type of person who honestly doesn't give a flying fuck about life. She's naturally skeptical of the world around her, never taking things as is and generally the one who asks the questions. Some may find her friendly at times when she's a bit more relax. The mixture of ongoing combat and constant patrolling have her nerves wound up tight.
Short bio:
Served briefly in the military for a while before going to a private military company because of the better pay and treatment. She's considered a hunter of sorts, given typically missions that revolve around eliminating high value targets or problem causing unnatural individuals. Either way, she gets the job done efficiently, and is rewarded for it. One of her rewards was the exo skeleton suit that gives her the super human abilities she uses today.

The exo suit I have in mind is much like that of the new Call of Duty coming out, a versatile, yet minimalist design.
