If I get a second ship, that ship is completely dedicated to power.
My BC has more system power usage than it has power output. Thereby why it is versatile, because redirect power to where it's needed.
All systems running evenly powered would only allow 25% total capacity of the systems, while the reactor is at full output.
BCs are meant to be versatile and independent from the main fleet normally, right? So, variable power output for different situations!
