- Talking to herself: Jinx will sometimes seem like she is talking to herself, if a spirit is nearby. She might insult you with this tactic.
- Clutsy: Jinx has a problem taking care of her possessions. Most of her items on her person are battered or broken. She loves duct-tape.
- Swearing: Jinx is relatively on the quite side, but she has the mouth of a sailor, and always likes to slip a good curse in her sentence.

- Scythe user: Better not get too close, because Jinx is a proficient scythe user. Her bone scythe moves through her fingers better then a pen.
- Well Travelled: Since Jinx was a small child she has been travelling through the country. She has a good knowledge of the layout of many cities, and has always enjoyed making maps in her spare time. Help from the ancestors always works as well.
- Undead: Jinx officially died when she was 25. She refuses to say her actual age or how she dies but the stitch marks on her neck and upper torso, imply it wasn’t pleasant.

- Narcissism: She hates people who are full of themselves. Escpecially cocky assholes who think they can get in her way.
- Children: She can’t stand kids. She is nice enough to them, but she tries her best to steer clear if possible.
- Failing: Jinx is a perfectionist in everything she does, and hates her clutziness and lack of social skills. She feels like she can always grow to be better.
Personality:Serious. Jinx is relatively quite most of the time. She isn’t introverted though, in fact she loves being with people, dead or alive and hates loneliness. She just has found choosing her words carefully is better then saying the wrong thing.
Loyalty is also a big part of Jinx’s character. If she calls you a friend you have one hell of an ally who will always come if you need her. She doesn’t have many friends and doesn’t trust people so easily, but when she deems you worthy of her trust you can have no better friend.
Bio/History:Jinx was born in the slums of Alfheim, by a woman who the community labelled the “Corpse-Bringer.” She was described as a black haired woman who was said to bring about death and destruction where she walked. You know the stupid rumours of evil witches. All this was gathered from Jinx in her later years seeming as her mother abandoned her immediately after she was born, leaving her to an old man that sold turnips. By the time Jinx was old enough to walk, Gilbert, the turnip farmer passed away but didn’t leave. As a spirit he both raised and taught Jinx the fundamentals of math and reading, and the history of the cities. Gilbert Hawthorn was in his early years a highly educated history professor who lost his job for his lewd behavior with the female professors. He was a hornball to say the least. Over the years Jinx grew up to be a self-sufficient young woman who carried on the turnip trade until she was 17. It was then that she decided to start her travelling and work on what she loved to do the most. Making maps. She had already developed a beautiful map of Alfheim, and wanted to continue her journey to complete what she would describe as ‘the ultimate map!’
Aside from this dream, she had a responsibility to her necromancy above all else. The road to understanding her role as a necromancer and the power she held was not easy. She was constantly bullied and bugged by lost souls of the dead to do their bidding. Gilbert helped to keep them away but there wasn’t too much he could do. So Jinx decided the best way was to just listen, be patient and if she could help them. Give it a try. For these favors she sometimes was given nothing, other times she would receive some money or trinket etc. Leaving Gilbert was difficult, but she knew her destiny wasn’t as a turnip farmer, so she said her goodbyes, sold whatever property she had left and headed out into the world with a backpack and a dream.
Of course this all changed when she turned 25. Jinx wasn’t naïve in knowing the tension of humans and magic-users when she left home, but she was lucky to get through life for years without any hindrance or prejudice on a large scale. That wasn’t until the winter of her twenty-fifth year of life where she was beaten and murdered by humans who stole her belongings and left her naked and dying in the snow. She never planned on coming back, but unfortunately for a necromancer, death was a new beginning and brought new skills and a coldness that she never harbored in life. In death she had not only learned to raise the dead, but how to use a scythe. Her murderers didn’t run far enough before she returned from the grave to take back what she was owed. This change in events made Jinx less friendly and more reserved. She was never a jolly person, but after her death she became colder, her trust and friendship harder to share. Aside from this endeavor she pressed on and is still travelling, hoping to see the expanse of the world from her cold dead eyes.
Equipment/Tools/Items/etc.:
- Scythe: Created soon after Jinx’s rebirth. It is made from rune inscribed steel with a bone inlay intertwined in the metal.
- Backpack: Contains some books, food, odd trinkets, wallet, and a lot of parchment and quills.
- A cross necklace: The only relic left by her mother. Jinx isn’t fully sure if she believes in God but she definitely believes in Death.
Other: Jinx is a bit of a hornball like Gilbert. She thinks having a lewd relationship with men is a normal thing that every woman does. So that will be fun!
