Bio

I've been roleplaying since I was 12- so since now I'm 18 its officially been 6 years- although its been on and off. I draw a lot for my roleplays, too.

I usually go for fantasy, adventure, and mythology based roleplays.

I've started/helped start a few of my own:

(all currently closed)

Momento Mori [with Spades]

A Companion of Wolves

And I'm currently in these:

none atm

Alright. So here's the direction I plan on taking the roleplay after the monsters are bound to your characters and they introduce themselves to the mentors.

Roque wants to see where everyone is at skill-wise. So what better way to find this out than throw the students into the forest in small groups to kill off some crazed monsters?

An important use that craftknights serve is population control. They kill off a certain number of summon monsters to keep the balance in the ecosystems there. I haven't decided what yet. Probably some over sized bugs.

There will be two groups of three students.

Here are the teams:

1. Calette, Lebelont, and Sai

2. Altea, Tal, and Jobain

After Roque has lead them to the designated hunting area and organized the teams- then they are to set out accompanied by one of the mentors. Roque will probably chill with team 2 while Tamirlan will observe team 1.

Once the monsters are killed- then the students can head back to where they will be living. Where I'll assign rooms c:

How does that sound for everyone?

roque is a tender man at his core ayyyy //pokes Roque

and i'm just waiting for Tamirlan to get super mad and destroy everything in his path. :^D

Roque would probably bite the hand that pokes him. And then Tam would probably bandage the wound and be all: Im so sorry he's literally a caveman please accept my apology on his behalf pls omg...

No but really I just finished the GB's intros- You guys are going to like what you get, I think ;u; the monsters mostly match up with what you all have been answering.
@Fernstone and everyone else that is posting while studying for APs- thank you! I really appreciate the effort of moving the rp along- but no worries! I'll gladly slow the pace until everyone is done with their test-taking.

:U I'll reveal the forms of the monsters after everyone is done with their answering posts.

btw- grumpy disabled warriors are my jam xD I promise the dynamic between Roque and Tamirlan will be a favorite for everyone.
As Tamirlan collected the tokens, Roque sized up the students from where he stood. He found that they were every bit what he expected- green, naive, and meek. Although, of course, they were much too quiet to judge any further than this. Seeing them gathered like this, however, made him feel nostalgic- and soon memories from what seemed a lifetime ago glazed over his minds eye. Was he as scrawny as these kids back then? Hell, he probably was, and a head shorter too.

By his side Carthanach stirred, opening his eyes and looking lazily over at the assembling students before him. The hyena clawed at his nose before closing his eyes once more.

The summoner looked down at the precious items in his hands- a comb, a ring, a coin, a silver emblem, a necklace, and a broken dagger- all very lovely and very unique in their own respect. He smiled, beginning to concentrate on the items that overflowed in his hands. One by one each began to glow and then form into small balls of light that hovered above his palms,

"Now. I'll ask a few questions. You simply have to think of your answers and they will channel into these orbs here. Once I am done- step back- because we have no idea what might appear, alright?"

Once he received the nods of approval from the waiting students Tamirlan began to ask,

"What is the most important thing to a craftknight?" A pause. Each orb pulsed as their respective owners answered in their heads.

"In battle- do you rely more on your skill or your weapon?"

Roque crouched beside his beast and stroked the coarse fur that crowned the top of his head. He remembered his token- it was the tooth of the beast that took his leg. As the craftknight stood once more, a soft click came from his prosthetic leg, a simple yet surprisingly advanced replacement made up of gears and ivory.

"Think of someone whom you admire- what is it about them that you admire so much?" Continued Tamirlan,

"And finally- what does love mean to you?"

The orbs were seemingly ready to burst. The summoner could sense- almost hear- the voices of the summon beasts within. He wondered if he could see them- but of course this was not possible until the beasts chose to reveal themselves. Quickly, he tossed the orbs forward- which dropped only to float inches above the ground in front of their respective owners. One by one they began to morph and shape into the Guardian Beasts that they would soon be.

UGHHH I WANT TO SHOW U GUYS SO BAD ;A;

hurry up and get your intro posts in people ;v;
@RainbowReindeer Altea's token is literally perfect for the summon beast I have lined up for her- Like I yelled "YASSSS" when I read that her token was a ring xD
Appearance:

Name: Jobain Uthreguard.
Age: 19.
Gender: Male.

Weapon specialty: Great/Tower Shields.

Personality: Jobain is friendly and warm always having a smile for most anyone. His temperament is one of caution though if a large threat presents itself you can expect his shield and himself to be one of the first things it meets. He is generally very protective of most everyone who need it whether they know it, or want it, or not. By nature he isn't violent however if that's what it takes to keep people safe its something he is willing to do. Though he is large and strong he rarely thinks of it as anything important, more just a tool to help others.

Bio: Jobain was the eldest son to a couple of herders of the plains and has always enjoyed working among the large animals they tended. It was a simple peaceful existence for the most part and he never really thought about doing anything else for quite a long time. However, when the Maw made their presence known it resulted in a massive stampede of the normally docile creatures inhabiting the plains which quickly turned into a massacre as almost no one could stop the tide which was led by a couple of large bulls who seemed to be leading. Jobain's uncle was a Craftknight at one point, retired but he kept his last shield as a memento of his travels, which got the boy thinking and he hefted the virtual wall of metal over his shoulder to help assist in the defense of his home. He wielded the shield more comfortably than one who expect of a mostly untrained, though large and strong, boy and managed to get himself in between one of the lead bulls and other villagers. It charged him and he grounded himself as he stepped into the beast butting head against shield which allowed him to stand his ground and eventually turned the beast with some well aimed bashes and crushing blows helping to save his home and others as well. It wasn't long after that he thought of becoming a Craftknight to continue to help other people which resulting in him getting training and better equipped with a large, tower shield as well as armor to match. He had learned much and intended to put his knowledge and skills to use heading to Degar to join the order so he can stop future attacks.

Accepted, move Jobain into the character tab when you can c:

Can't wait!! :^D

And augh sorry for the wait, having some trouble coming up with Lebie's token. ^^;;

///sILENTLY HOPES FOR KNIGHT

LOL

but yeah tokens are hard. When I originally roleplayed this it took me aaaages to come up with one (ended up being a scrap of fabric from my characters fathers old uniform).
So I've already started picking out the GB's based off of your characters personality (although, ultimately, what you get is based off of how your character answers) but from what I assume what you characters will say- I started assigning monsters and-

Some of you guys are going to be like: AWWWW YEAHHH

But then some of you are going to be like: uhm. No...

Sneak peek at one of them

@Kiri
