I start pacing and muttering to myself "okay... so as far as we know, the boy survived... maybe he's still around... But the biggest question now is why the fire was set in the first place..." I look around for any indication for that reason

The intruder looks at reaper and grins. Rather than being a guy it actually seems to be a woman in an elegant gown. Kinda hard to tell due to all the bullet holes and missing chunks of flesh and bone "it was gonna be a pain in the ass to heal before you did that." he....she.....it.... the intruder rasps with the voice of an old man. Looking at the child, the intruder chuckled and approached it

His hand is stopped just as the dagger is inches away. Grabbing his wrist is a hand that appears to be riddled with bullets and covered in blood "you're sure not making things easy for me." The intruder states

"Do you really think it's wise to threaten someone you know nothing about?" The intruder asks. Stopping suddenly. It is then Reaper then realizes something about the intruder. "His" voice now sounded somewhat like a woman in her late twenties "for all you know, these turrets won't even leave a mark." There is a brief pause before (s)he speaks once more "Now I could've killed you rather than make myself known. And I think not killing you deserves a bit of a thank you. So I'll take the infant and be on my merry way."
