Let's have it so instead of restricting where a char can go, the limiters just lower their power level to what is allowed if it exceeds the limiter

Actually, that was something I was thinking about a while ago. The limiters that is. Not so much about getting rid of them.
The main problem is that the limiters were being used incorrectly. I think they'd be less of a problem if they didn't restrict where chars could go based on their power level.

I want nothing more than to see things go back to the way it was. But I can't be the one to decide whether they do. That's up to you, tyki, matt, and everyone else. Not me. Because let's face it. It'd be faster and easier if I just say yes. But it wouldn't be the same unless everyone is on board with it. Or at the very least, the majority of everyone. Because it was a group that made Hcl what we remember it to be, so only a group can bring it back to the way it was.
To answer your question, yes I would be on board with it, no I don't want it to happen just to get me to return.
Also, if everyone or the majority of us do agree to go back to the way things were (probably won't happen right away), I think we should refrain from making a new thread for that, after all, this one was made just three days ago
