Even though I'm not active in the OOC, I'm still 100% in; I've just been busy with homework and house cleaning.
Welcome back to the game, @ashhawke!

I like all of your plots and fandom choices and I wish I could go for all of them. *-*

I'm off to send you a PM with my final decision!
Anyways, can I have a more educated opinion of the ASUS G750?

Since I don't own it myself, I can't really make one but just a personal one and including my friend's too but if you look at the reviews online, especially Amazon, it's pretty darn positive.

Everyone's asking the best questions before buying it too and I think most of them will help.

It includes the features of the laptop too.

Bump for other opinions.

Good luck!

You have a hut of tree branches?! Lucky!
I have an emptied out dryer husk for a home with nothing to do but pretend I'm rich while being poor af ;-;

>Becomes poorbuddies ;-;

In other news, your suggestion did help, found a ASUS G750 which while still costly is more reasonable for what it says it can do and by its reviews. Might still ask someone to check it out since I still know jack all about comps ;^;

Yeah, it was the best I could personally do so I hope that a little bit of research on those laptops will help and of course, other people commenting on what they think because I know just a smidge.

If you want to be poor buddies again, I'm available at all hours in my hut of tree branches. ;-;
A quick google search reveals that its what @Vilageidiotx said, its like 1k which is completely beyond my price range @_@
Being poor sucks ;-;

Ugh, that was lame on my part!

Let's be poor together. ;-;

I think she's the best of the three girls!

I want her weapons so bad even if they're just for decoration. *-*

Welcome to the site and I hope you find roleplays to join soon!
You have an awesome avatar and a gift for storytelling too!

I hope you find some roleplays to join and have fun. ^-^

I'm just trying to find a balance and asking for advice since I'm somewhat clueless to computer magiks. The most intensive thing I'd want would be a newer Fallout or Skyrim game (which now that I think about it sounds like I'm asking for a lot >_>).

Namely, I just want something I can mod with. I hath been but a console peasant all my life and now I seek to attain glory and enlightenment from the PC master race nobility! \[+]/

I hear ya!

Well, my best friend has both those games and they run amazingly and I remember asking him the model and he said it was an ASUS G750 because I actually want one too. He's had the thing for almost two years and it still does an amazing job.

Go for it!
I'd personally recommend Dell laptops.

I'm very picky when it comes to laptops and had two HP laptops at different points these past years and they were semi-average. For gaming, it was non-existent.

The specific Dell laptops I've purchased are the Dell Inspiron models which are nice because it can handle light gaming because of the Radeon R4 Graphics and since I love older games like the first few Fallout games and more, it'll run as smooth as baby oil and butter combined.

In general, all Dell laptops and desktops (like the one I have) is fantastic and so worth it; they can be a little pricey but very good. Beautiful in design, very organized, and business-like even if you have the most basic one.

If you're only looking at laptops for gaming, you'll want to create a budget and save up because they are very expensive and I'm not just talking about Alienware, which goes from $800 to $1,000 and more, but others too.
