Your admit yourself that your God characters were bad, and that's a good thing, but you should also realise that when someone is so bad then it doesn't make people think that you've put a lot of thought behind them. I mean no offense when I say this, but when you see a "mad god with necromancy", the first thing I think of is someone who took the first and coolest thing they could think of. I agree, necromancy is a cool power, but it doesn't have a place here, and you wouldn't have picked it if you had carefully read the introduction. But you can go ahead and create a Mortal Character. Never been à fan of necromancy myself too many loopholes.

As to you sir when it comes to contructing à god or goddess thier spheres must in some way connect. There are hundreds of possibilities out there like the seasons elements such as fire earth (not water I think me and Torrential got that pretty much covered) there are also à miriad of emotions out there. Trust me I hadbtrouble starting à character out too just hang in there. And the critism might seem harsh (hell ot was harsh) but trust me in the long run an good buttkicking does wonders over à pat on the back and an 'at least you tried.'
