Stella was surprised that Persephone had been so kind in turning him down, as well as the fact that the ground had not opened up and swallowed up Zeke for even trying to ask the goddess. She watched as Zeke walked off to another person and then she turned back to the little group she was with. "Yes, I was expecting like something to happen when he asked you out. Like... the ground ripping apart." She paused as she looked up at Persephone and then smiled a bit. It did make sense, as the goddess did give out some rather gentle vibes, despite also being the Queen of the Underworld.

"Well, I've seen the cabin, the strawberry fields, the arena and now the climbing wall. I've also been to the Big House and the dining pavilion... so I guess what I would like to see is somewhere where the campers and go do like crafting things, if that is something we can do here?" Stella had a feeling that there was some place like that since they were mostly kids. She had noticed that the oldest person she had met, besides the gods and Chiron, looked to be in their late teens. There were no real adults there, and with what she had been told that made sense.

Also, she wanted to see somewhere she could do art with her flowers possibly, just like her otou-san.

"I'm Astrid, pleasure to meet you Dalisy." Astrid could tell there was some kind of tension at the table when Dalisy came over and joined them, but she wasn't about to turn down more help. "We don't have to go to the captain, sorry I brought it up. I'm use to having to ask about roaming around this place." She could tell that no one was a fan of the idea of getting the captain of the Valkyries involved, and she didn't blame them. It had mostly just popped into her mind because she didn't think that it would be that easy for them to get into Helgi's office.

Lara got up with the rest of them and headed to Helgi's office where they ran across their first problem, which was a pretty big problem, in the form of Dalisy's father, Heimdal. It made sense in her mind that he would be the one to look over the office with his sight. She had to wonder if her own dad was around, maybe helping out. He was a god of Law afterall, though she wasn't sure if she could lie to him if he was there.

"It is as she said, Lord Heimdal, we are looking for Hunding's thing to give to him." Astrid was use to lying in a very awful way, but being a human Valkyrie meant that she lied to her parents on the daily. Even now they thought she was at an after school program that would be going over night, which wasn't too far from the truth, but at the same time it was. She just had to hope that the god would believe them, but Heimdal was not someone anyone lied to easily. It would be worse if it was Lara's father, Lord Tyr.

Lara decided that she was going to keep her mouth shut and let the others talk to the god. She wasn't terrible at lying, but she figured it would be easier if only a few of them spoke, to keep the lie from getting too big or muddled. She turned her brain over to what they were there to do, which was the case of Helgi's murder. A terrible crime had occurred and her sense of justice, to bring this killer to light was starting to burn deep within herself. Her mind did jump to Hunding, but she quickly turned away from that. Yes, the to had been rivals in life, but they worked together for the sake of the hotel. It also wouldn't explain why Helgi or any of the others were not coming back. That had to take some serious magic.

Stella was still beaming happily as she followed Kristin and the rest of the group to the climbing wall. She had seen a few like them before, but nothing like this. For one, all the climbing walls she had seen in California did not move like that, or have lava at all. Stella was not a huge fan of lava, which did make sense now that she thought about it. Lava lead to burning and fires, and those burnt down forests on their path to finding their way down whatever mountain they were erupting from. "I might wait until I'm a bit more recovered before I try out the climbing wall, but it does look like it could be fun, with first aid around."

Stella paused a bit as one of the boys from the arena caught up with them. Zeke was it? She wasn't sure if that was his name, as she had only heard it briefly at the arena. She did have to blink at his actions and she just stared a bit at that point, as if waiting for Hades himself to appear in the camp and smite the young boy for his actions. "Uh... did you really just do that?" She couldn't believe that this guy was doing this.

She looked up at Kristin as she waited for her older goddess half-sister to reply. "So, where are we going next?"

Lara hadn't meant to accidentally bind Dalisy to her words, but a promise had been made and she had auto reacted to it. She could see everyone looking at her oddly after she had spoken and she blushed a bit. "I'm in as well. I'm a fan of trying to solve a good puzzle or mystery, and this seems to be quite the mystery." She was glad that Nadia had suggested that they investigate what was going on, as that had been something she had been thinking of. It would take her mind off the whole 'being killed would result in no resurrection for now' bit that was going on.

"Of course, I will lend my aid when asked for. For now, I will go with the group I said I would help. I will make sure to report if I learn anything, and as well before I go off shift." Astrid was quite happy to know that she was able to help out her friends, and to be able to stick with them. "I have nothing else for the moment. I will see you later. Astrid nodded to her captain before leaving the table and heading over to the small group again and sat down with them.

"Helgi's office does seem to be the logical place to start, since it seemed to start with his death first. Though, do we have access to it?" Lara wasn't sure that they could access the office, as they were normally not allowed to go in there, but they did have Valkyrie helping them out, so did that mean they had access? She didn't want to assume anything, but she wondered how they could even start investigating it. She doubted that even the bodies of those that had been found dead were kept somewhere anyone could look them over easily.

"I could probably help get us into Helgi's office, but I might have to ask my captain again about that. Do we know about where any of the other killings happened, or were those just on the practice fields before someone realized that no one was coming back?" Astrid knew little of the details of what had happened with any of the other deaths, just that Helgi had been clearly murdered, and now no one was coming back.

Stella couldn't help but blush brighter at the goddess bent over to ruffle her hair a bit like they really were siblings, like they had grown up together. It seemed that the little redhead was too stunned to really say anything at the moment, which was rather unusual for her. Her mind was racing with a ton of questions, but she still couldn't find the words to speak. She could only really squeak and nod and affirmation when the goddess asked if she could tag along on their tour. She did hear the part about the goddess wanting to talk to Chiron, and that made some sense to Stella. From what she had gathered, gods and goddesses didn't really visit the camp without a good reason.

She was thankful that Kristin, Marygold and Jason had all assured the goddess that she could tag along, as the little redhead was still finding her words. "It would be an honor to go on a tour of the camp with you!" She was still blushing deeply as she spoke, and then looked to the others. "So, where are we going to next on our tour? I've seen the cabins and the arena... so what's next?" She wasn't sure why she was getting repetitive with her words, but she chalked it up to being around her really beautiful older sisters.

Lara could feel the familiar tingle of an oath being made in her presence, and she sat up and her eyes lit up for a moment. "The Oath is heard and bound." Even if Dalisy had not meant it to be a binding oath, Lara had heard it and now it was bound. It had been some time since she had even used that skill, since most people didn't make promises around her after learning quickly that they would be held. She did make a silent promise to herself, that since Dalisy was going to be on her good behavior she would be as well. Not that she ever wasn't. She knew that her and Dalisy would never be best friends no matter what Lara did, and she would never know why. However, for the time, she would accept Dalisy's promise.

Astrid was surprised that the captain of the Valkyries had not come over and told her to get back to serving. She wouldn't argue with the fact that she was being allowed to sit with her friends. "It you want, I can help you stay protected while I'm on shift. I can go talk with my captain and get that cleared if you would like?" She didn't want to intrude where she was not wanted, but she wasn't going to argue if they asked for her assistance. Maybe being around some of the Einherjar would keep her calm and focused on her duties.

"I would not be opposed to having Astrid help us out. Again the more people, the better." Lara smiled a bit over to Astrid, as she knew that the Valkyrie was more than capable. She had grown fond of her after their mission together, and she did make sure to say hi and chat with her when the Valkyrie was in the hotel. She looked at the little group that they had gotten together, and she smiled a bit. She had a good feeling about the group, even about Dalisy.

Astrid smiled a bit at that. "If no one opposes, I will go let my captain know what is going on, and then I'll return." She stood up at that point and she went to find her captain. Once she did she made sure to get her attention. "Captain, there is a small group of Einherjar that I would like to protect when I am on duty, is that alright with you?" She didn't want to get in trouble with her captain, or any of the gods there.

Stella blinked a bit at the sight of the flowers blooming around the arena and for a moment she thought it was her own fault, until she saw the woman sitting in the stands. She had a familiar feeling from her, especially as the flowers blossomed all around the arena. Then Marygold spoke up identifying the woman. Persephone, the goddess of the Underworld, and through their mother, that was her oldest half-sister. "Wow... Today must be busy... but she's beautiful." Stella spoke before she realized that the words had come out of her mouth, right in front of the goddess. She blushed so deeply that she could feel the heat seeping into her ears.

"Oh, um, hello. I'm Stella, and I'm guessing your little sister. One of them." Stella waved to the goddess, unsure what else to say. The truth was that she had a lot she wanted to ask but she couldn't really find the right words. She was just impressed by the sight of the goddess, especially since if she remembered right, she should be in the Underworld with her husband. So the fact she was there was either a very good thing or a very bad thing.

She stepped up towards the seats, hoping that maybe she could get a better look at her. She had respect for her, as she knew that they were siblings.

"I'm alright, thank you for asking. How are you holding up?" Lara looked up at Astrid as she came over and spoke to them. She did notice Runa's reaction to the Valkyrie joining them and raised a brow at that. She had to wonder if that meant that Runa had a bit of a crush on Astrid, but she wasn't going to comment on it too much for the moment. Though having a crush on the living was risky, especially since there wasn't a guarantee they would end up here, in Valhalla. She was too painfully aware of that. She had spent so much time in vain looking for Levi, even when she was sure he would never end up there. He was a scholar, and couldn't hurt a fly. Honestly, she just hoped that he had lived a lovely long life without her.

"Honestly? I could be doing better, but at least Baldur said we Valkyries can work in shifts, so I can still go home when I'm not on duty. I'm worried. The Thanes look disturbed and some of the older Einherjar look concerned. Some are saying nothing like this has happened before." Astrid moved to slip in with the rest of the group and sit next to them. She stole a roll off the table and started tugging it apart, needing to do something with her hands. She was sure that she was not the only one that needed to burn off nervous energy, especially with the option of killing one another in training off the table.

"That is what I'm gathering... I asked Arnora earlier and she said she had never seen or heard of anything like this before." Lara sighed a bit as she started poking at the food she had abandoned again, just to have anything else to focus on for the moment than the situation they were in. Maybe once they were safely in their little groups she could pull out one of her puzzle books as well as maybe a few pulp novels she was thinking of rereading. That would help take her mind off of everything for a bit, but she would only do it once she was somewhere safer.

"So do you have a plan for keeping an eye on one another until the whole lack of resurrection has been solved? Astrid was curious to know if any of the Einherjar had started thinking of ways to keep safe. She knew for some of them it wouldn't be easy to stop the whole fighting one another thing. If Astrid was being honest with herself, she had the sinking feeling that there would be a few more Einherjar lost to fighting before anything was solved. It might be some of the older ones, some of the ones that just were lost to the cycle of the Hotel.

Stella was pretty thankful that at all three of her guides had immediately volunteered to help her learn how to use a knife, as well as how to fight. She couldn't help but smile a bit brighter at that point as she could feel nothing but support from this new demi-god family she had found and was now a part of. "Thank you all, so much. I will probably take all of you up on the offer later. I do have my own knife so I don't need to borrow one, right? I do think mine will work, it looked the same color of the other weapons around here." She smiled a bit at that as she could tell something about the knife metal was different and important when dealing with monsters.

"If I did want to use my powers in a fight would here be the place to do so, or is there somewhere else we can do power training?" Stella was not sure that it would be a good idea for her to start growing plants in the arena, as it seemed that everyone would be using that area. "So what can you show me next? I don't want to take too long here, as I still want to take a shower before dinner at least, even if I don't get one before lunch." She did giggle a bit at that as she looked at Kristin as she still seemed to be leading the group.

"We can discuss groups after our meal if you'd like, but yes, More protection is better, and well, each of us have different skills. I just... worry about this. This is... has this ever happened since you've been here, Arnora?" Arnora and Klara were two of the people she knew off the top of her head that had been at the Hotel the longest. There were others that had been there far longer, but their names were escaping her memory at the moment.

"It might also be a good idea to maybe have sleep overs for a bit? I don't know if that's a good suggestion, but it is something that might help. I mean... I know there is safety in numbers no matter where you go." Lara sighed a bit as she decided she had fully lost her appetite at that point. The food that she had put on her plate were no longer appealing, so she was just going to push it to the side. She did try to drink some water, as she needed to put something into her body. She did have some food in her room if she really needed it later.

"I know you'd probably want to check on Dalisy, and I promise that if... if she behaves I can probably be in a group with her." She knew that while she and Dalisy would never be friends in any sense of the word that Dalisy trusted Arnora and was friends with her.

"Thank you Lord Baldur. I was not sure that I could get away with being away from the mortal world for so long." Astrid let out a sigh of relief at that point as she bowed before those at the Thanes table and stepped away. While the hotel was on lock down she wasn't as locked up as the others. She would inform the head Valkyrie of what Lord Baldur had to say, and that she would keep coming on and off shift for the foreseeable future.

With that weight off her chest, she picked up the pitcher of mead that was hers and she went back to serving up the einherjar at that point. She did stop when she came over to the group consisting of Lara, Arnora, Runa, and Nadia. "How are you guys doing?" She could tell that at least Lara looked worried, having recognized that look from out when they were in Neflheim. She couldn't really tell with the others, as she didn't know them as well, but she was going to check up on them in that moment.
