@Lugubriousif you wouldn't mind, could you make either an Atlas, Mistral, or Vacuo student?
Mistral only needs one more person, try that so we have something close to even numbers.

Ah, not sure I understand? I had read over your rules, and I've already added the question in the 'Other' part of my CS? Unless I'm missing something, which is highly likely.

You forgot about the slow motion part.
And thank you very much! It's just, releasing bursts of speed to slash or cut people in an instant is great(coolest anime technique in the world!!!) but its down side is being unable to process things at that speed for very long. Having hyper reflexes makes the ability essentially flawless in battle which kind of destroys the challenge.
