The Sauru'u could be considered fairly "New", since they've only had space travel for 300 years. However, as they were highly advanced compared to the other races in their home system, they quickly seized it. Due to the fast Sauru'u reproduction rate, they managed to build a sizable population throughout their system.

That's another thing about the Sauru'u I'll need to throw on. The planets surrounding their homeworld had a dozen races of intelligent lifeforms, though due to the Sauru'u predatory nature, they were either driven to extinction or critical endangerment months after their initial contact.
@TheSovereignGrave

I think the Sauru'u could fit. They're basically predators with no ethics towards hunting, and could work as a good danger to convince the Rim to unite a under a centralized government to defend against.
I editted my civ's history. Now am I accepted?

I would explain this as being the endeavors of humans from a colony, but they'd still likely be under the administration of Earth, so they'd be indirectly related.

Having said that, I wouldn't mind this presumption and I could write out the fallout of this event. But I don't think humanity in this phase would purposefully go to the extremes as his app, or the government would support it. That said it could also still be a corporate entity that did it on their own not believing they could possibly face any repercussions.

One of the sets of background topics I wanted the congress to argue over while I run main-story line things was something like Star Fleet's code of ethics and not trying to directly intervene with any present sapient life until they become space-faring. However strict I want this to be self-enforced could be perhaps determined by any supposed action on his aliens.

What he said. I'll remove the "Not originating from earth" and only say they were a human colony that wasn't an extension of earth's government.
So now have I been accepted?
Updated on Technology. Added more information on what specific sciences they study, and vehicle use.
*Wrong Thread*

@Alfhedil
I updated the app, especially on the Species section. I removed the multiple species, and instead made it a single species with multiple characteristics. If there's anything I still need to fix or add, I'd like to hear additional feedback.
Just to avoid confusion later on, Am I accepted?
