Alright fine I'll drop the subject @KriticalKrab, but don't think I've forgotten it.

Thank you, I respect that. I want him to change it yes, but it seems like he's offline so I think we should just ignore it or post around it until he comes back.
There's so much going on I can't reply to one thing, so i'll try to get on the things that most of you are talking about.

1)It is ridiculous that you had a seven million car to begin with. Finding a random, unnamed, super powered mechanic is even more so. That's the same as if one of the hero characters decided to find a sidekick and started rping like that.

2)Yes it is just a car, so let it go, if you really want to take care of a care that badly join a racing RP. I think I saw an interest check for one earlier. Your guy rides around on a board anyways.

3)Your character has been using his powers all day but he's not at all fatigued, make it so he's tired. I imagine trying to blast everything in sight is taking it's toll on him.

If you guys really want to argue some more, we can take it into the pms, but I would like for this to stop now.
@KriticalKrab

I tried to weaken Basoth, as in my mind it seemed that he was just fighting forever.

[Edit: Just had an Arc idea: The Corrians (Basoth's Race) invade earth.]

I can only assume the Corrigans would just be a copy of your guy, and what reason would they have for invading?
Don't listen to that guy above me, expect my arc conclusion up sometime tomorrow.

Also would it be too big headed for me to expect the rest of the League to come and 'pick' Batman up? I can't see him going to Metropolis on his own, not when Gotham is in danger.

@Gowi I was reading your CS and was thinking 'This Fate has all the best elements of Indiana Jones, Lara Croft and especially Nathan Drake to him. Then I look back up and realize that the bio picture is Chris Pratt maniped as Nathan Drake. Love it!

Well I can have GL fly over Gotham, but I'm not going to have him trying to convince Bats to come along. "He doesn't even have powers!"
I loved that game, but I'm here to express my interest in this RP as well. Hopefully I can secure that engineering position, I think it would be fun to spew out sci-fi jargon every time something happens.

Suddenly it seemed that the alien mother-ship was slowly sinking, descending down, closer to the surface. However it's large shadow still loomed over the ocean, any change in the ship's course at this point could save the city from an unfortunate demolishing.

In the command center the formerly blue holographic Earth was now a dark red, in sync with the ships emergency lighting. Aliens rushed about the command center in an attempt to save the ship, and everyone's lives.

As your charged towards the alien leader you managed to stumble him, causing him to lose focus on his water manipulation, and drop his trident. But he quickly regained balanced and backhanded you. His hand destroyed the shield and forced you back towards the wall, making a slight crack.

As you consumed the last of the engine crystals you did indeed hear more alarms, your deduction that these were for the engines were correct. The ship slowly began to sink in the air, however it was high above the ground and anything could happen. The auxiliary lights everywhere began to flash a dark red, signaling the loss of power, and the critical status of the ship.

Spandez's garbage shot managed to pierce a hole in the grey sky, opening up a window to the sun. Your car couldn't stop in time and the front end was destroyed by the fallen debris. It is now completely ruined, at this point it would be cheaper to get a new car.

Kobby's assistance helped calm down the area, and his efforts were rewarded with the occasional thanks, but the city is a big place.
Gotta figure out the best way to do this. I have a fairly simple way of introducing Angel to the skirmish even late. After that though everyone seems to be gathering at the mothership and she'll be quite out of the loop.

Well I'm sure you're already thinking on it, but you could just say she's been busy fending off some of the ground side aliens. I've kept them floating around for this purpose.

I edited my post, what's going to happen now with the story?

I can't tell if this is you asking me to update or if you really want me to say what's going to happen next. Anyways I suppose I should pump out another story.
I understand, and I'm glad you told me. No hard feelings, I just wish you the best.
Alright, accepted.
This is the internet, more specifically a forum where we're all typing up words to communicate, nobody can tell that you were joking. Or at least I couldn't. Yes I'm okay if the villains made a team, assuming they're still around.

As you began to remove the crystals their shielding of course shocked you every time you touched one, and every time you knocked one down you had to have realized the power would go somewhere. The auxiliary generators devoted to shielding the crystals began to get stronger around the remaining gems, increasing their resistance to you physically moving them. The crystals you had previously ingested were still shooting off energy inside you, though it seemed to be calming down, it still burns slightly.
The code you found didn't bring down ships, or detonate anything, except perhaps a proverbial light-bulb in your head. Instead of destructive results the data pad's code seemed to bring up a list of files, all encrypted, and all closed. You would have to find the passwords, or someone proficient in technology to hope to open any of them.
The squad of aliens you had found were quickly dispatched by your mystical blasts, there seemed to be fewer and fewer of them in the city, but screams of terror or pain could still be heard every now and then.
Your lunge caught him by surprise, but he managed to save himself future trouble by quickly side-stepping you. However he wasn't fast enough and your lance seemed to chip off a part of his armor, though it would seem he was clothed underneath as a visible black cloth could be seen through the chink. "I can see he doesn't inspire as much loyalty as he should." The being brought up his trident and slammed it down, creating a slight tremor in the command center. As he slammed his trident down water began to form around you, and it quickly began to tighten it's grip on you.
Fortunately for you the door has already been knocked down, there was nothing but a torn down vent and a broken desk inside. The nearby aliens took your investigation as an attempt to run and began to shoot at you from behind.
Alright, accepted. Not a bad job on the bio either. Alright, I'll bring up a story post in a bit.
