Kate watched as Vlad changed into his werewolf form. I dont have time for this. That fucker is getting away. she had to choose. Stay and fight with the others, or chase Deon. She didnt feel confident fighting Deon alone. That was until she noticed the next man on her list of potential allies. Hank Miller. She ran by the Werewolf making sure not to antagonise it and grabbed Hank by his shirt collar, dragging him away and into cover. "Hank Miller i suggest you stay down and hide. Your no use to me dead" She said drawing her pistol and continuing to follow Deon.

Meanwhile Liam had walked over to the clearly injured Mithias Varomere and have knelt beside him. "Commander Mithias Varomere. My name is Special Agent Liam Kelling from SOLDIER Black ops unit Raven four. Formerly under the command of Sergeant Katya Moreno during the nightwars. I have you on my list of possible allies to help with a small vampire unit i have been embedded in undercover. Our units job is to kill or capture Deon Erickson before he can complete his plans. I know you may not have the strength to talk so i want you to blink once if you understood and agree to help or blink twice if you decline the offer to help take down Erickson, once and for all." He finished as he heard the roar from outside the door. He pulled his own pistol from his holster beneath the jacket he was wearing. He looked back down at Mithias and waited for the blinking signal.

"It appears as though citizens in new york city have begun to bludgeon each other and are tearing people limb from limb. Reports are coming in that this began happening after an explosion, likely to be a biological weapon. We also have reports of people being shot multiple times and still continuing to run at their attacker. some are blaming SOLDIER for this attack. more reports when they come in..." The CNN news reporter on the TV spoke with such confidence, how could she be so calm at a time like this. Ashley threw the TV remote at the tv hitting it with out doing any damage. ""Ash calm the fuck down. We'll get that fucker for everything he's done." Sonja yelled to Ashley. "Fuck that, im dealing with this here and now. Im gonna kill that bastard for what he did to Kat, to you, to me, to the US and to Kate. He's gonna beg me to kill him when ive finished." and with that she stormed out of the barracks.

she went straight to the Generals quarters. "General, i have no doubt you've seen the news. I want a unit to go and help civilians not affected by this. i need maybe fifty men. twenty five to secure a location and twenty five to go kill the bastard that caused this shit. I have a lead that suggests that its Deon Erickson. Let me go and help. she said making it clear she would not take no for an answer. "Go but Hunter stay here. we will send chinooks to pick up survivors."

she grinned and left the room for the barracks. "Ok, i want fifty men outside in the Humvees ready to move. Hunter squad your staying on base, always gotta be marine on deck we used to say."

I'm actually so very confused right now. Wraith and Grey have both been nothing but good to the entire Rp, I understand life comes up a lot but I've been on the relieving end of awaiting a post from BurningCold twice now. The first in Britain which I could very easyily move along out of, but the second I had to wait a week for a reply. Not only that but then when they returned it was like the meetings between our characters never existed.

If you wish to be toxic then by all means you will not be missed but I suggest that you do actually apologise to both Grey and Wraith as that was an unprovoked attack against both of them. You were the clear aggressor, both showed a clear point that your absence had caused the RP to grind to a near halt and whether you missed the post or not, it is your duty as a Player to get yourself upto date on what's going off. No one else's but yours. I'll be fair, I've been gone for long periods of time. Purely on the bases of exams but that hasn't stopped me from reading along with what happens in the RP. And when I do post , it is long enough to to get my characters back where they need to be.

At this point I think I'm just wasting my time writing this, but I know for a fact that Wraith or Grey would ever "kick" or harass anyone for not posting over a short period of time but there are limits. It's why I think that I mainly stick to the blood compact RPs, I've grown too fond of the people that are involved with it as they actually support their fellow players rather than kick them. When I first joined the original blood compact I'd been on the guild for a month and had never Rped before but instead of turning me away I was invited in and made welcome and actually helped to become the role player I am today.

Tl;Dr don't give a damn if you leave, just don't let the door hit you on the way out. Have a pleasant evening.
