In the rp, my character is the only one that is beyond the city. There may be more the down the road, but mine is the only one beyond the city for now. Is that okay? Is there anything else you need to know?

Who here can speak another language

How did you guys learn other languages? I took Spanish in high school, as well as middle. I understand the language andhave decent vocabulary, but I wanna get better understanding before I jump into Japanese. What say you guys?

WARNING. THIS RP WILL.BE INTENTIONALLY SLOW PACED. My original reason for this rp was to make it a comfy experience. Something more so atmospheric as opposed to high action, guns blazing. There is a plot, various subplots, and lots of world building, as well as character development. Descriptive posts are encouraged, and preferred. You're pretty much in for the ride.

I could story tell, but I'll just end up restating things anyway. So let's get into the world :3. This world is over 100 years on the future...Basically 2130. Many things have happened since then...WW3, Nuclear Winter, Population Decline, Population Boom, Advanced Tech, Ice Caps melted, among other things. This world is my interpretation of that, where cities are the main hub. People slaves to tech(like stuck on cell phones), and people stripped away from population. The advanced population. Living lives separated from others.

This RP's MC is someone away from the scattered cities of earth, only visiting one out of sheer curiosity and stories. This city is Nepago. A rustling futuristic hub with high population, and technology unknown to him. The only thing he carries is a book bag full of supplies, and an old beat up journal.

This is in casual too, but I'm curious as to what people in advanced think as well.

okay....what about the characters what will they be doing?

The characters themselves after making their acquaintance will progress from there, building things together about the new age world around them from what was abandoned and forgotten from the past. (As everything has seemingly reset, like how North Korea has it's own year, hence the Rebirth in the title).

The plot(s) are not the main focus so to speak. Or rather, due to the slow pacing the plots eventually unravel themselves as more things are discovered or brought to light. Similar to Adventure Time, but except less inconsequential. So the plot? I'd rather not say at this point.
