What kind of information does the arcade's computer have access to and is anyone allowed to access it?
* You know what I don't remember ever seeing in the Beyond Universe? ANY mention at all of ARKHAM. I think that should change soon.

The original Asylum was partially demolished and allowed to fall into decay sometime before the 2030s as seen in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. While the Asylum itself didn't feature in Batman Beyond there was an episode in the first season in which Terry referenced it. It was a passing comment to one of the villains, something along the lines of them "needing a place in Arkham". The context seemed to indicate that the Asylum was still active and used to house the criminally insane. I'll see if I can find the specific episode and quote when I've got some time.

EDIT: Found it.

Batman Beyond Season 1 Episode 14 - Splicers

Cuvier: You see splicing isn't just style Batman, it's lifestyle. Something that will literally change the world.
Terry: Have you considered checking into Arkham for a little R&R doc? Because quite frankly, you're nuts.

Did the Beyond Robin suit grant any heightened abilities like the Batman Beyond suit does?
Still, hmmm who was Red as their potential bestie? XD

He and Katty could bond over how alone and isolated they feel in the world. Though she's kind of sarcastic bordering on mean at first encounter.

@ProPro That's a good point. I didn't realize that was missing till just now. When I have the time Imma add that section to Katty's CS.
How does your character feel about:

Animal - He's loud, hot-headed, and my #1.

Taiga - Literally my #2, I'd do anything for this dork. I even went on a date with one of his girlfriends so she thought Z was a rebel.

G-Man -

Phantom Girl -

Accel - I think I tell stories a little too slow for this one.

Red Arrow - I'm a little jealous this guy's a legacy.

..... still deciding how Animal will get along with the others and feel about them.

Who's perspective is this from? Isn't Animal your character. Unless Animal talks about himself in the third person.
I put a relationship section into my CS so if anyone wants to discuss how Gloria and your character relate and get alone in the time since the Titans formed I would be more than willing to contribute.
@Prince of Seraphs lol I mean probably not at first. But he will start patrolling Blüdhaven when not with the Titans if you wanna join in lol

Overall I have some ideas here and there that could work as subplots in time if we get to that point.

I mean why not. Blüdhaven's gotta be safer for Gloria than Gotham and she's always wanted to see the rest of the country.

What do you think Blüdhaven would look like in the Beyond era? I don't think it was ever seen or mentioned in the cartoon or comics so (as the only RPer resident) you have a certain amount of creative freedom over that area. Unless @Member 00492 wants to do something with it.

@ProPro I just had a great idea. Carmelita is basically stuck in a world of slow time because her mind processes at the level of a speedster but her body doesn't. I was thinking that maybe at some point she gets fed up waiting for the Speed Force to deliver her from this existence and she turns to Velocity 9 to remedy her situation. Depending on the version of Velocity 9 used in universe that could go a number of ways. Probably the version with side effects would create the most drama. Whatever you want to do with that idea, or not is cool. Just a thought I'd mention it.
When did I ever imply she knows how she got exposed to the Speed Force? You asked if she knows how she got her powers. The answer is yes, it's a connection to the Speed Force. She knows something happened and when, she doesn't know it was Eobard and Bart messing with time shenanigans. If that's what you meant, it'd have been nice to have a more specific question asked of me.

You didn't reference it at all. The information was presented but there was no indication whether she knew or did not know so I asked to be sure.

I thought my question was fairly self evident. "Is she aware of how she got her powers" In my experience when you ask how someone got their superpowers you are referring to the event that precipitated it not the source of it. So if you asked the Flash how he got his powers the answer wouldn't be "Speed Force" it would be "I got struck by lightening and dowsed in a specific combination of chemicals". Maybe that's just me, I do have a tendency to make jumps from A to B that seem obvious to me but leave other people thinking "how the hell did you get there" so if what I was asking was unclear I apologize.
He probably wouldn't have told anybody his identity. He wouldn't have lied he probably would have just said he wasn't ready to give that information yet. He likes tinkering now and probably would have helped in fixing up the HQ if he was allowed.

He'd probably answer any simple questions that don't allude to his identity. His if it was how he got up to the hero games he'd tell some story about looking up to heroes of the past like Green Arrow and Arsenal and deciding to follow in their footsteps.

Awww... does that mean we don't hang out after hero practise? *sad face*
<Snipped quote by Prince of Seraphs>

It's not like the Speed Force is a well researched scientific exploit, and it's too bad there isn't an entire museum dedicated to its chosen conduits. :P Once her whole life became slow motion and it began taking weeks to walk to the grocery store, she had plenty of time to figure that out. What with her powers manifesting as a whole.

I meant the specifics. Her experience crossed with a superficial amount of superhero knowledge and a couple google searches would be enough to figure out she's linked to the Speed Force in some manner. I meant the circumstances of being exposed to the Speed Force after being kidnapped by Thawne during a time displaced battle with the Flash.
Yup.

How? If the encounter was so quick is was barely perceivable how did she figure out what happened?

I could make short CS's for Batman and his bro, but none of that stuff will really effect the game for our characters.

Terry told the boys about Robin being his brother because the two of them lived at the HQ even before it was the team's HQ. And because he was still grieving. It probably had something to do with the two of them being brothers and sticking through thick and thin together...

It's helpful to me to have information readily available.

So it was more like a moment of weakness than a calculated decision.

Do we know Robin's identity before he died?
