Umichi

Umichi was watched Yui as she explained, "N-no, I I didn't mean it like that. I-I don't like that people suddenly touch me out of nowhere. S-so please be a little more obvious about it when you feel the urge t-too. S-sorry for making you all go t-through so much trouble." All he could do was sigh again, letting go of Tatsumi. He crouched down near Yui and assured her, "Don't worry, it's fine. It wasn't any trouble at all really. All I am doing is telling him to give you space. I'm not going to do something like hit him over it." he smiled, reaching out to pat her on the head, if she allowed for it.

Suki came in and hugged Yui, before asking the blacksmith "What would you suggest I use? I was thinking about a Rapier. But I want to work on my agility and acrobatics"
"Well there, I do have this nice rapier, light, and good at piercing, it's durability is a littler low however. It is the Stinger It is available for 2.7k" the blacksmith replied.

"What does working on agility and acrobatics have to do with your weapon choice of a Rapier?" Umichi asked curiously. "Either way, if you want to use a Rapier, it is better to start now. You don't want to head to higher levels with a low level weapon skill. Rapiers require low strength stats, and work well with agility builds. But you should not just neglect strength for agility. It does more than just equipping weapons and armor. It helps with weight carrying limit and other things." Umichi informed Suki.

Yui had finally decided what to get. "I'd like the l-long blade, but can you keep the Breaker apart from the others since I would like to save up for it." Yet, Umichi sighed. Still not willing to rely on me. He figured that the Breaker required more strength than the girl had at the moment, but nonetheless, she was holding back. Umichi checked his inventory, seeing his col. He had just over 4k since the other quest. Quickly, he changed his skills once more, equipping the <<Purchase Negotiation>> skill.

"Of course, that will be 1.3k col please." the blacksmith replied to Yui, as Umichi was preparing to buy the girl the Breaker weapon. A pop up window appeared in front of Yui, where she could accept to pay the amount and receive the Long Blade or decline.

"Hey, I'd like to buy the Breaker How much is it?"
"That will be 3.5k col please."
Hm... how do I activate this skill ....
"Hm... how about 2.5k?"
"2.5k? Are you trying to make me go broke? Jeez. how about 3.2k?"
Guess that works
"What about ... 2.8k"
"3.1k"
"3k"
"3.1k is my final offer"
Damn, couldn't reach 3k. Oh well, at least I got 400 col off
With a window popping up asking to confirm the purchase, Umichi clicked the circle button.

He quickly changed back his skills before sending a trade to Yui. Giving her the Breaker
"I told you to just ask if you wanted something. Anyway, take it." Umichi practically pushed the sword onto Yui.

Ju-Long

Still walking in the direction Dimitri and Kalinda ran off to, Victorique had replied to Ju-Long. "No, I'm not really a person that cries a lot."
"Is that so." he replied with a smile.

Victorique was quiet after Ju-Long's question. When she answered, she would pause in between before continuing.
"...I like them both. Despites Alisa had already asked Dimitri so it think pairing up with Kalinda might be better." Her voice turned quiet again "...But that doesn't mean I don't mind partnering up with you or Dimitri. I was a NOT student before... and haven't got into much fights."
"Alisa ... Alisa .... OH!!! That's her name. Well, anyways ... it's not like it is determined that Dimitri and her will pair up, but you and Kalinda, I think you two will get along. But, two weapons partnering up? Um... Unless you are special in the case of being a weapon that can wield weapons or vice-versa, I must say, I am sorry, but I don't think we can partner up. Not that I don't like you or anything, just the compatability of two weapons. Did they not tell you in the NOT classes? A weapon cannot wield a weapon. No-one knows why, but it just is not possible. The exception lies in when they are family. Well in terms of fighting, I think you will be fine. You will just need time ..."

Ju-Long was about to continue when Kalinda showed up, stopping him mid way. Kalinda suggested food, while Victorique still showed signs of worry. "Yo, guess Dimitri is fine, otherwise I'm sure you would still be chasing him right? Guess he wasn't hungry? Either way, you meisters are sure are fast. Anyway, I'm pretty hungry as well. We should head to the cafeteria." Ju-Long turned around, with Victorique on his back still, and started to walk in the direction of the cafeteria.
After picking up the child from the abandoned house, who had just finished eating the food given to her, Yuki could still feel the eyes of the two teenagers on her back. The young cursed girl was sleeping on Yuki's back. The child was a little younger than Yuki, but she couldn't tell at this time of night. After moments of silence, suddenly the boy softly spoke, "where are you taking us, child? If this is a trap, you will love to regret it. My sister has a mean temper"

"Well, if that's how you feel, then why do you follow? Anyway, I'm just taking you to my home. A place where others like us are living." Yuki spoke in a soft voice, with warm feelings mixed in. Moments later, there were a few houses, well cabins, and some light in one of them. Surely the wolves could have seen it before she did, since she could tell they had the superior eye-sight. Not that it would change the fact that she knew every step they took, and of everything around them.

Reaching the front of the cabin, Yuki turned to the two. "Welcome to the cursed children village, supported by the Kirihaya family. Where we teach cursed children how to farm, cook, gather water, build and live. This is where the Kirihaya's live. They offer shelter and Erosion Resistance Shots. They have the knowledge and technology to create the Erosion Resistance Shots and have supplied it for free to the Cursed Children that live here. Now then, would you like to see them? Kirihaya Shou and Kirihaya Ayame? Right through this door." Yuki indicated the front door. It was up to the twins whether they would step inside, or if Yuki would have to force them inside.
Hey there, I can sorta answer your questions for you
Caits has not specified a character limit yet, and she has 2 characters, so at the moment, I'd say that you can have 2, but not sure if you can have more
With regards to the age of the 'children', technically, you can be up to 30 years old, but, 30 years old, would probably mean you would almost be at 50% corrosion no matter what
So, yes, you can have late teens and early adults
But, their corrosion rate will probably be fairly high

I'm sure Caits will welcome you to the group!
So welcome, and make sure to post your characters in the OOC!
Hm... I might be overstepping some boundaries, oh well.
Hm... Well, I wrote mine indicating middle of the night, guess could say the morning sun was starting to rise or something

Part of the reason for the fluorescent pigment was to light things up, since it was hard to see, well that and to show off and look like a magical girl as she intended, calling herself a Tenchu girl lol
You mentioned darkness and stuff, so I assumed it was night
I said mine was night ....
Lol
Hm... feels like we have two people in the day and two people (3) at night at the moment lol
Unless I misunderstood Caits's first post
A bitter laugh could be heard, coming from the girl, "Did you hear that, we're doing it wrong. Nevermind the fact that most of the population would kill us, given the chance, and wouldn't help us to save their own skins" Yuki smirked, it seemed likely that they would attack, and she could have some fun, however ... the boy was much more reasonable. She could tell by his movements, she was on guard but was not threatening her. It was not like he trusted her or anything, but decided to give it a chance. Feeling the vibrations in the air as he nodded and the girl sighing and rising, the boy spoke, "We will come. But we won't promise to stay. There are many cursed children here that need help, after all"

Yuki lowered her hand, wary of that the two could still attack, but it seemed that they would follow. She silently sighed to herself. I guess I won't get to play. she thought. "Well, let's go pick up that other child for now and head back to where I came from. " She turned to face the boy, and started to walk his way. It was the direction she came from, the direction of the child she had promised to take with her.

Whether he moved to keep distance or stayed where he was, Yuki was on guard, feeling any of the slightest vibration from either of the two, ready to guard. If nothing happened she would just simply continue on her path. If the two tried to run away, she would have to pull out her javelins and start spearing away, while chasing. Well she didn't want to do such a troublesome thing like that, so, hopefully they complied like they said they would.
Well, I mean, somehow you have yours living in society, which, to be honest, would be quite rare and hard, unless people never found out e was a cursed child

What you could do (maybe not quite immediately, but soon) is have your character accidentally reveal that he is a cursed child, and then he has to run, when, once again, the Kirihayas hear of this and ask someone to go look for your character, how it works from there is up to you (whether it is Yuki, or Caits characters will depend, also depends on if you wait or not for this confrontation to finish or not)
