I would say it could be for either if you wanted it to.
Yup I was thinking medieval would work. Sci-if isn't usually my style but I could try it.
Arryn sighed. Lowering her arrow but not yet putting away her bow. "I wasn't actually going to shoot you, silly." She had to look up at the man considering she was only 5'2". "Shooting you without proper cause would be stupid. Plus I'd miss out on finally having human interaction again" She looked towards the other man and woman. "As for cigarettes... I can't help you there. But if it's alcohol you're looking for..." She raised an eyebrow, smiling slyly. It was obvious the little woman had a fairly easy going personality by her smile, but even Arryn could get ugly if the time called for it. You couldn't be all sweet and innocent in a world like this. "She roved her eyes over the 3 people here. Her head whipping around when a new voice emerged. Asking them a simple question "Friend or Foe." That was a silly question to answer when he hadn't even answered it himself. For the time being she kept her mouth shut.
Attuned could now see them. Two men and a woman talking in the convenience store. She sighed, keeping her bow string taut. Sneaking along the back way she picked her footing carefully, careful to keep from stepping on any glass or anything that would make noise. It helped that she was barefoot. Shoes made too much noise. Creeping closer she was now behind the first man. With the other man and woman off to the side, a shelf in between her and them. Aiming her arrow at the back of his head she spoke. "You know, if you were trying to be stealthy, you're doing a piss poor job of it." Her mouth twitched slightly. She was amused. She assumed that the man was friendly as she had heard him say earlier, but she kept her arrow trained on him just in case. "Tell me... What exactly are y'all doing here?" Her voice was light so as not to set them all off. If they were to fight her she wasn't sure she wouldn't get hurt. But she knew she could at least hold her own.
I also would like to know about setting and the like.
Arryn bobbed her head around, listening to the song that was stuck in her head. It'd been so long since she'd heard real music and that was a damn shame. She sighed. As things were, today was patrol day. She had to come out of her little hole of an apartment to make sure everything was okay and to make a run to find any supplies she could glean. Today she was heading toward a gas station she hadn't picked yet. Her bow was on her back, as usual, her knives hidden on her person. She had a small messenger bag with her to pick up anything she gleaned from the place. She poked her glasses back up in place. Today wasn't necessarily a bad day, it just felt... charged. As if something was about to happen. She put a hand to her bow, just in case. Arryn's long red hair was down around her back again today. She relished in the feeling of her hair swishing down her back. Up ahead she felt a disturbance as a voice shouted out: "Hey you! Over there! I am friendly mates!" She gasped. A person! Taking her bow off her back and notching an arrow she stealthily ran towards the shop, she had to see the person before they left.
Oh my GOSH I never thought of that. But I'd freaking LOVE to do this. I'm actually a theater major so this is like "EEP! yay RP AND acting."
Name: Arryn (Erin) Lovette

Gender: female
Age: 21
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Equipment: A compound hunting bow and arrows, a hunting knife, six bottle of water, some beef jerky, and a secret stash of alcohol that she's hidden.
Personality: Arryn is fun and bubbly, but she can be wickedly sarcastic and distrustful. She has a temper for sure and will not hesitate to kick some ass if provoked.
History: (Optional) Arryn was in the city studying to get a degree when the day came. The day where people just stopped existing. When phones went off the grid and lights shut out. She never really left the city after it happened, just assuming her parents probably were dead already. Since then she'd been sheltering herself, scavenging and hunting whenever she can.
Other:
Sorry about my lack of CS post yet. I'm still planning on posting a female. Hopefully sometime this weekend
I suppose if no one else wants to GM I can. I just would need ideas on what our characters should go through. Cuz I have no clue
