Yeah, I am doing thing too, that one thing with the words and the keyboard, right? Totally doing it now, I am doing it so much many people are like "wow, you gotta take a break." I am absolutely not procrastinating from doing the thing by looking for "reference" online or reading books that don't really help a lot.
It has been hard, but I have this to help.

I had this really strange dream where we were all hyped about something and repeatedly posting the below image, or something close to it. Admittedly it was all in black, but just a symbol like that of a hand and this line. Posting things like "Guys, remember today is only [_symbol_]"
