Current Opening a jar of honey didn't go so well. Washed most of it off, but my wrists are still sticky for some reason.

So, there's this rabbit outside my house, and I'm not sure what to do with it. It sits there sometimes, eating grass and staring into space. It isn't mine, though, so it runs off when we approach.

Name: Nikolai Jackson

Species: Human

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Faction: Is associated with the Nerds by both the Nerds and not the nerds. Explained in bio.

Personality blurb: Nikolai comes off as relatively emotionless, and that’s true to an extent. Due to his icy exterior and cold demeanour, however, he can also come off as surprisingly petty, because he actually gets annoyed quite easily. He doesn’t mind normal people, but he dislikes noisy people, arrogant people and pretty much everyone else. Nikolai’s not very vocal, however, and he tends to either have no emotions or hide them, but since he basically only has two expressions (neutral and stern frown), it’s not very difficult for him. He enjoys doing what he wants to do, and is relatively carefree despite his apparently grouchy personality. He enjoys reading.

Biography blurb: Nikolai was an orphan. Didn’t know who his parents were, but it didn’t matter to him. All he needed to know was that society expected him to live for no good reason, and he liked reading so it’s not like it mattered. His early life was relatively uneventful, but it allowed him to find ways of twisting situations to advantage him, even slightly. Eventually, he was adopted, and he was pretty sure his adoptive parents regretted it. He used his powers very few times during his childhood, but his adoptive family started fearing him, which Nikolai found relatively odd. He never used it on them, after all.

Eventually, because he was pretty sure his adoptive family would be calmer without him around, he went to Sun Ridge boarding academy, but the story doesn’t end there. Upon arriving, he slowly gravitated towards the nerd clique, mainly because they’re the only ones quiet enough for his liking and partially because they lived in a huge library. In all honesty, it was possible for him to have gravitated to the preppies if they weren’t so insufferable (and if his social standing was higher), because he didn’t much like the nerds either. Yes, they were relatively quiet, but some of them were just as obnoxious as everyone else. Through use of his power, they eventually learned to leave him alone. Nikolai soon found himself with no friends, which really suited him just fine, though he had few people he could actually stand in the school either.

Despite that, Nerds have identified him as one of their own (much to his chagrin) and other cliques have as well, so he does jobs if he can be bothered. He tends to take all kinds of jobs though, but he tends to do less from people who annoy him personally.

Powers: To put it in two words, ice powers. Nikolai’s personality made manifest, practically. He can make ice project from his body, and it can creep on pretty much any solid surface. Time is needed, of course, and hot temperatures can make the spread take longer and last shorter. Nikolai can create ice structures from anywhere with ice on it, even if it isn’t his. He’s also aware of where his ice is, and has a certain amount of control over the structures. The bigger and more complex the structure, however, the more time it’ll take to make it. Spikes and stuff are easy, though, and practise can speed up the process.

Abilities: Really smart and learns quickly. Can run pretty quickly with hands in his pockets. Able to keep his cool in most situations.

Weapons: None

Other: Slightly short sighted, so hipster glasses actually do something. Mainly for reading purposes.
I need to get my cs up asap then. Sorry it's not up yet, I just did a lot of stuff just now
Well, it's kinda fine anyway, but alright. Still got homework and stuff to do, so yeah.
Sorry I'm late, was playing Bastion. I'll try to get a CS up soon. Though question: My character will probably be nerd-aligned, so ice powers or telekinesis?
I might also possibly be interested, but I'll have to see if I'm getting overburdened with all my other active ones.
@Lord Santa I'm sorry, @Savo still hasn't posted. If @1charak2 could post, that would be of much help.

Don't worry too much, I had a bunch of tests recently so you could say that I couldn't really post anyway. And I got some more coming up after the weekend, so studying. If you do get that colab up, though, I'd try to get a post up as well, but don't feel pressured to do it on my account.
Also, @Lord Santa Why do you need to wait on the Collab to post?

Basically because team nexus is kind of in the way. I can't fly past them or anything so I need them out of the way, but fighting them on my own would be kinda dumb, especially considering you're already setting something up to fight them anyway.
@AbysmalDemon I'm kinda waiting on the collab. Any rough estimates on when it'll be done?
Tim Blackthorn

Tim woke up nice and early. At 5:00 am, to be specific. While no self-respecting normal teenager would wake up that early, especially one who lived so close to the school, Tim did because he had morning exercises to do. Jogging, stretches and flexibility stuff. He had an itinerary from his parents which had been modified by his sensei, but it was flexible enough to add in deep ground and school. Tim shrugged on his tracksuit, laced up his runners, grabbed his bottle and made his way outside the dorm. Outside was pleasantly cool, typical of a spring morning.

"Nice morning for a run, if I've ever seen one." Tim said, stretching, before making off on his circuit.

An hour later, his run was done. He'd just finished his stretches and had taken a shower. Next was a healthy breakfast of cereal, toast, fruit and juice. His parents had sent him some healthy stuff, and he often brought from the nearby grocery store. After breakfast was done, he packed his bags and made for school. It was only 7:00 am, but that was fine, because he had to do something very important...

"Darn it, I still don't get this." Tim said in his homeroom. Unfortunately, academics existed, and he had to do them. It's not that he was failing, but he was average. Average people still had trouble with it. Many students in Purple Crown shirk academic pursuits in favour of deep ground, as with deep ground it's somewhat easier to secure a living. Nevertheless, Tim wanted to go through life giving 100%. He vowed to himself to give his all to everything, ever since that day...

Scrawling down some answers, Tim held up the page quizzically.

"This'll have to do." Tim said, putting it back down with a worried expression. "Gotta move on to maths."

Between DGO, his fitness stuff and his training, he didn't have that much time to study unless it was on weekends, and even then he worked his part time job on Sundays. That's why he did most of his homework in homeroom, because he didn't have that much time to spend on it. Yeah, he studied, but homework was different, sort of.

Tim looked down at his work, unsatisfied. Nevertheless, he closed his books.

"Well, that'll probably do." Tim sighed. "Class is starting soon anyway."

The class was filling with people, his homeroom class.

"Heya, Fred!" Tim called. "Wassup, Steve?"

He chatted with his friends as they came in the class, before music suddenly started playing through the PA system. Pretty much everyone was pretty surprised, though Tim tried not to show it. The music was pretty good, though, but he wasn't exactly a musician or anything.

"Woah, that's kinda weird." Tim said, a little taken aback. "But hey, it aint bad."
Where is Purple Crown? Japan? Are we speaking Japanese?

Assuming it's like it was before, it's like an island sub-nation somewhere in the ocean and people probably speak english, maybe. But don't quote me on that.
