Hero Name: Sugar Rush-0
Hero Class/Rank: Class A Rank 7
Appearance: Standing at 5'10", Sugar Rush-0 appears as a young, slim male with a body that is not too muscular, and is instead athletic in appearance. His skin is a very pale, light-Olive color and his hair is brown, messy and at shoulder length behind his head. As such, he is often forced to tie it up so it doesn't get in his eyes. His attire is a purple tanktop shirt bearing his icon: a Golden lighting bolt within a rainbow four-point star. He wears dark-blue, loose-fitting track pants, a long black cape, and attached to his shoulders are two clear canisters of light-blue liquidated sugar. The inside of the cape is a shiny, rainbow coat, and he wears no gloves or shoes. His nails on his hands and feet are painted various colors. His only other accessory is a green-yellow circular pendant: a keepsake from his dead grandfather.

Personality: Sugar Rush-0 is intolerably high and mighty around other people unless spoken to by someone he believes is more powerful than himself. Depending on the relationship they have, he can either become determined to compete with them or become fearful of them entirely (often a theme involving women stronger than). If he doesn't want to do something, he will become slothful, often preferring to play video games or surf on his phone.
As a hero, he will do nearly anything to climb the ranks. However, Sugar Rush-0 has a bad habit of flaunting his powers, even when simply fighting foes. Unfortunately, he has a superiority complex that acts as his biggest weakness. Another weakness is his addiction to Soda, as well as all kinds of sugar. If his body isn't constantly burning sugar, he will get headaches and become agitated, and his speed and strength will start to dwindle. Days without massive sugar intake can become fatal for him, and he will die within a week of no sugar.
Brief History: Gary Oakenwood was a very unmotivated kid once. All he really wanted to do was play video games and sit at home. His body was able to burn unnatural amounts of sugar, and normally drank about 12 large bottles of Soda a day.
During his teenage years, on a field trip to a Nuclear Reactor, a villain named "Charred Lizard" came to destroy the Power Plant. In an accident, Gary was exposed to atomic radiation. Panicked, he tried to flee the scene. As another headache came upon Gary, he mistook the pain as being related to his constant need to intake sugar and began chugging back copious amounts of Soda that he carried with him. This mental need for sugar reacted with the radiation he had been exposed to, changing his body into an engine for sugar. Suddenly, he was able to run at speeds the average eye couldn't register. Gary noticed this, and tried to take on the "Charred Lizard". With the help of the Hero Association, they eventually were able to stop him.
Now, at the age of 20, Gary has become the Infamous "Sugar Rush-0", the tenacious hero who wipes enemies out at an instant. A hero who has earned his ranked by making sure his deeds were caught by the public eye. There is no question that he worked hard to get where he is now, but he will not stop until he has become a Class S Hero!!
Abilities: Sugar Rush-0 doesn't just burn through Sugar, his body turn Sugar into a liquefied supplement. The content of this pure-sugar liquid that his body produces are indigestible for normal humans, and it's this liquid that allows Sugar Rush-0 to dish out the short-burst energy that creates his Super Speed. Sugar Rush-0 has created three containers connected to his body that allow him to store Pure-Sugar, which he can inject at any time to give him an extra boost or to help him continue a long fight; two clear containers that stick out of his shoulders, and a large one inside his torso shaped like a four-point star. The largest container produces Sugar Rush-0's secret weapon: a sparkling-grey liquid he calls "0 sugar". This is 'Pure-Sugar' that refines over a long period of time and is dangerous for even Sugar Rush-0 to consume, however successfully consuming this allows him to move through decelerated time for 6 seconds, his perception of time being increased to the length of 1 minute.

- The moves named by Sugar Rush-0 include
- Rush Fanta: Sugar Rush-0 standard gear. Allows him to run at three times the speed of sound, as well as autonomously move his joints at speeds that require trained eyes to follow.
- Signature Move: Die-Diet Punch: Sugar Rush-0 consumes one of his pure-sugar tanks, and focuses his energy into his arm, allowing for a punch that moves at Sonic Speed. Produces a shockwave that follows through the punch for about 15 feet. A villain may find that Sugar Rush-0 becomes very vulnerable during this move.
- Sugar Speed: Sugar Rush-0 consumes two of his pure-sugar tanks, and begins to move at thirty times the speed of his Fanta Rush. He can occupy multiple spaces, appearing as though he is in two places at once, and is able to throw Die-Diet Punches in a volley of three punches, however doing so will waste him immediately of his Sugar Speed.
- Rush-0 Kick: an arcing kick that concentrates his energy into his twisting ankle. The power of this kick is multiplied during Sugar Speed, however doing so has a high-risk of damage to his foot.
- 0 Sugar: When consumed, Sugar Rush-0's abilities become warped. his body can regularly move as through time were moving slow, and allow him to perform various feats in the distorted world. Cannot be used for several days, sometimes weeks after being consumed.
- Killing Move: 1-0 Finger: After consuming 0 Sugar, Sugar Rush-0 focuses all of his energy and concentration into his finger, and moves it through time that has been near-stopped. The impact on unmoving objects will cause his finger to go through even the hardest metal like water, and will completely shatter stone of all density. A moving object that is moving slower than his finger will be sent flying thousands of kilometers in the direction Rush-0 moves his finger. Performing this move causes 0 sugar's effect to run out in an instant.
