"You can only use this effect of "Advisor Archfiend" once per turn." at the end of Advisor Archfiend's effect is redundant, since the cost is already Once per turn.

Atheling looks okay.

Cosmocrat's effect should be: During your Standby Phase, you can target 1 face-up card on your opponent's side of the field, and pay 1000 Life Points: Destroy the target card. You can discard 1 "Archfiend" Monster from your hand, and if you do: This card's effects cannot be negated. You can only activate each effect of "Archfiend Cosmocrat" once per turn.

Might actually be on the stronger end of the spectrum depending on how you build your deck. I like decks that are better themed and would certainly appreciate a deck built around the BLS ritual monsters along with Envoy of the Beginning.

I'm also updating the OP for character creation rules; namely, I'm adding a rule that newcomers have to use the card creation template.

I've also added a Link monster custom card under the "Custom Cards" tab. It's right at the bottom if anyone wants to see it.

Also, I thought adding the effect for Advisor was a bit warranted, due to the fact if you have more than 1 of them on the field, wouldn't it be able to do it more than once? But I understand what you mean, and will instead remove the "Once per turn" part. Thanks for the advice. I've edited the post. I hope when you meant to change the effect of Cosmocrat, that you didn't include the original lines before your edited portion.

For Archfiend Atheling, the wording is rather awkward. Searchers don't typically "target" cards in the deck. I think a better wording would be:

If this card is added to your hand by the effect of an "Archfiend" card, you can Special Summon this card.

The only issue with something like that is it relies on a card with "Archfiend" in it's name, when one of the prime and most important Archfiend cards is "Pandemonium", which also adds Archfiends to the hand.

EDIT: Decided to change the effect of Atheling to "If this card is added to your hand by the effect of "Pandemonium" or an "Archfiend" card: You can Special Summon this card." as to suit the meaning better.

@manapool1by the by you might wanna adjust your dialogue to be aimed at being a tag duel not a 4-way duel we are not ganging up on him, He accepted the duel as a 3 VS 1 so your dialogue doesn't make sense because Rumi can't attack Lua or Matt
