Happy to report that the IC page is now listing player characters and NPCs now (complete with NPCs), the faction section has been updated, and the species section is nearly complete. I am hoping to get even more done tomorrow. Almost there!

Oh! I'm picking up what you are putting down now. As far as military doctrine, it will function much like the Allies rather then the German/Italian doctrine.

As far as officers getting commissioned it comes down mostly to training and experience but coming from an educated and wealthy family gives one access to the Officer's Academy almost right off the bat with no military experience required. Otherwise one must complete time in the Officer Academy to earn their stripes so to speak

We have a second lieutenant position open as of currently. You would be correct in assuming we are based on the British military of the time with so.e German inspiration thrown in for flavor. As far as doctrine and culture, I have covered a lot with Hawthorne so I would go ahead and check with some of that. Obviously if you can't find what you are looking for then all you need to do is ask and I will answer

From the docks of Edrain, the 115th set out for Thaejhal nearly 3 weeks ago. For 3 weeks the dreadnoughts 'Vengence', 'Dauntless', 'Valor', and 'Sentinel' escorted the Commonwealth carrier 'Pilgrimage' towards the front. The men aboard are restless and ready to off their boats and see the fighting up close and personal. Their mission currently is simple enough, the ships were making for a small island known as "Serpent's Isle" where they would land and establish a forward operating base. From there, they would invade the southern coast of Thaejhal and apply pressure to the Iron Crown front with the help of reinforcements. The troops are in good spirits, though gods only know for how long....

The youngest I will allow is 18, oldest is 40 (at least if you intend on seeing frontline combat)

Alrighty, a couple notes. First, I am gonna recommend a different first name only because Luke is a very human name and your character is obviously not. Second, go ahead and move the stuff in the additional kit section to your kit. The books can go right into the backpack and the knife can replace the entrenchment tool (you also listed your grenades twice). Finally, I added a Marksman kit that would fit your boy better then the rifleman kit.

Aside from those tidbits it looks good! You gonna be able to handle being in command of more then 2 dozen troops? If not then Lance Corporal may be a better fit

Not really. The CW has been involved in breaking up various civil wars that arose from countries joining the CW but I wouldn't call them severe enough to warrant a draft. In most cases, those fights were armed troops versus armed civilians. However if you want a veteran conscript then by all means go ahead!
