I mean it sounds similar to willy's Martian's ideas. Plus the abduction and stuff wouldn't work as much anymore as 99% of us have super high tech weapons.

Id love to join! I have a question though. Can I play as a nation that has just begun their age of exploration? I would only start with two planets and explore and colonize through the RP? It would be cool to let the story determine how big or small my nation becomes.

Nope, pretty sure you need more than just that to go to war. Nothing majorly political, thats what you call an "Border Incident". Your decision to increase troops at the border is obviously creating friction and this event.

And this is what it says in the OP: Every Nation may commit acts to advance their political goals in whatever ways they choose. These are forms of Aggression. When nations act aggressively they complete their goals, at the risk of other nations becoming involved.

By goals does that mean like if we're justifying wars or something else?
