Another flash heralded the appearance of one more new arrival, depositing a blue-haired girl and a strange blue dog thing about the size of her head onto the cobblestones. The dog tottered around a bit, its eyes spiralling, before collapsing against her leg.

"R-rikka, where are we now~quel?"

Rikka sighed, pushing herself to her feet and putting Raquel on her shoulder.

"I'm not sure. I don't think I've ever seen anywhere like this outside of a book before."

She looked around, taking note of how those around her seemed to be regarding them with fear and some suspicion.

"But I get the feeling we shouldn't be staying."

Name: Hishikawa Rikka

Title: Cure Diamond

Gender: Female

Appearance: The light of Wisdom!

Personality: Rikka is a quiet, honest, blunt, not afraid to speak her mind and a very intelligent girl. She loves to study, and is a genius at it, being one of the Top 10 scorers in the national trial exams. She is great at observing people and situations.

Ideals: Aside from her general shtick as a WARRIOR OF JUSTICE and all that, Rikka has aspirations of becoming a doctor like her mother.

Biography: A second year student at Oogai First Middle School, and secretary of the student council, Rikka became Cure Diamond after an incident involving a possessed mailbox turning into a giant goat (Roll with it), a magic bead given to her by a stranger and a a dog-like fairy that turns into a phone. Since then she, along with her friends, became the caretaker for a baby fairy that hatched from an egg (who only caused chaos at the school one time).

Powers:

• Twinkle Diamond - Cure Diamond's main attack, with the incantation "Sparkle! Twinkle Diamond!" (煌めきなさい！トゥインクルダイヤモンド！ "Kiramekinasai! Tuinkuru Daiyamondo!"?). Cure Diamond activates her attack with the Lovely Commune. It then blinks twice and she points her finger towards the foe, releasing a flurry of blue diamond-shaped energy beams. With this attack, she can also freeze enemies.
• Diamond Shower - Cure Diamond's attack using her Love Heart Arrow. Also capable of freezing enemies in place.

Weapons:

• Love Heart Arrow: A crossbow-like weapon used for the Diamond Shower attack.

Equipment:

• Lovely Commune: Rikka's transformation item.

So seeing how my more sensible ideas for this seem to be an "evil" version of a character someone else is doing and a ditzy fashionista hellgod who despite having most of her power sealed away is still basically the Juggernaut...

...Basically this might take a while whilst I try and figure out something that actually works. ^^;

She didn't quite get the chance to finish her sentence before a hand reached back through the portal, grabbed her by the collar and yanked her in after everyone else.
