Name: Malag
Title(s): Prince of Violence, Lord of Murder, The Blood God
Goal: Malag is extremely aggressive, leading an eternal campaign of blood and death across Minonas. Sometimes, a blood tribute can be made to sate his hunger for murder, and sometimes he will leave another God alone out of respect, but generally, he is cruel and merciless in his expansion.
Domain: Blood, Violence, Combat, Murder
Powers:
-Physically superior: Malag's strength, speed, reflexes, and endurance are greater than most gods, and far greater than that of any mortal. He is a terror on the battlefield, personally leading his followers into combat.
-Sanguimancy: Malag is able to manipulate the blood of mortal creatures, whether alive or dead. This can be utilized for a variety of purposes
-Bloodbonding: Malag can infuse his followers with his own blood, granting them incredible physical abilities, and prowess in combat. This can be granted to any mortal, and even other Gods. However, it must be taken willingly. Once the bloodbond is sealed, the chosen mortal or God is subservient to Malag. Though they retain their free will, they must follow any orders Malag gives them.
Artifacts: -Gore: Gore is a two-handed mace, glowing with savage energies, and a natural channel for Malag's violent power. The weapon itself is a part of him, like the stinger on a bee. Considering it's divine nature, it has proven thus-far to be indestructible. When Malag strikes a target with Gore, the energies emanating from the mace are expelled. In the ensuing explosion of energies, most mortal beings are shredded, exploding into a bloody mess, much to the delight of the weapon's wielder.
-The Crown of Dissension: The Crown of Dissension allows Malag to stir the primal violent urges in mortals, turning the weak-willed into mindless, bloodthirsty scrappers.
Territory: Mobile. Malag leads a nomadic horde of psychotic worshipers known as the Tide of Blood. The Tide of Blood is made up of murderous individuals that Malag has attracted throughout the world. The Tide of Blood is feared throughout the world of Minonas. Nations cower and even Gods may grow nervous when the horde of Malag draws near. Malag travels with the horde, sometimes at it's head, usually sitting atop his massive Murderthrone, which is carried by his followers.
Personality: Malag is violent and sadistic. However, he is not absent-of-mind. He often reflects on his nature, and is indeed quite contemplative, though he does not regret or deny any deeds, and he is quite satisfied in the sociopath that he is. He can be quick to anger, and slow to trust, particularly with other Gods. He is very active in the lives of his citizenry, and frequently joins in on the blood orgies and gladiatorial fights held in his name. In short, he is a sophisticated hedonist.
Source of Power: Malag does not gain his power from worshipers intrinsically. His power is gained through acts of violence, the spilling of blood, combat, and murder, regardless of who does the deed. Because the mortal world is so full of murder and bloodshed, Malag does not necessarily require worship. However, as a hedonist himself, he tends to indulge, calling for gladiatorial bloodbaths in his name.
-The Red: The Red is Malag's personal dimension, and the afterlife for his followers. It is an endless hellscape filled with eternal bloodshed and combat, as well as blood sacrifices and orgies. Malag wants desperately to mold Minonas in the image of The Red.
