"Sure mom, sounds like a great idea" Roman said as he ate the breakfast in front of him, mindlessly scrolling on his phone in the other hand. He made and annoyed sound and put the phone away, picking up his empty plate and putting it in the dishwasher. He sat at the table, waiting to see what his family had in store for the day. If they weren't gonna do anything, he might just laze around all day.

@Koda
Fun fact. I was considering drawing a map of the Continent a while before I started this, something everyone could mark down on where their locations were. Then when I began implementing all of the non-Euclidean bullshit, I realized what a contradiction it'd be.

I was thinking of eventually adding an explorer character that wants to map the continent
I had things to do @Empour

Back to the fake world!
The Battle of Abominations, Part I

The drawing abomination leaped at Saaria, screeching as it did. She swooped out of its reach, and threw a fireball at its back. It did not react, and turned its gruesome grinning face towards her. She had never faced such a thing. She hadn't even heard stories of such a thing. It pounced again, performing a strange backflip and Saaria narrowly escaped, one of her shoulders catching the edge of one of its fingers. And it was sharp . She reached into the hive mind, hoping to gain knowledge on the thing. She found nothing but a headache.
"Fuck!" She screamed as the creature pounced yet again. It was like a hunting animal. The thought that perhaps it had once been human made Saaria queasy. The world seemed to slow as it made yet another leap at her. She closed her eyes, feeling the hive mind around and within her. Somewhere on the other side of the ruins, a swarm of Taken were now advancing on Cia, and the hulking abomination was closing in ever so slowly. She could see it all. Feel it all. She fell down a bit, and reached her hand out, feeing it connect where she knew it would, without opening her eyes. She grasped onto the collarbone and spun the beast into the air, throwing it as hard as she could into the earth. Opening her eyes, a violet ring appeared spinning round her pupil. The creature stared at her as she sent a fireball rocket down into its head, smashing it into a million fragments. She slowly descended to the ground, noting that most of the bones disintegrated when the beast was defeated, but a few bones lay askew in a pile. Gerald's arms and hands were found. Saaria breathed deeply, trying to sever herself from the hive mind.
"Shit." She mumbled as she felt it resisting her. She had to stop trying to do that, it couldn't be good for her. She thought she was severed, but the violet ring remained around her pupil, laying dormant for now.

@SepticGentleman @Cuccoruler
@KatherinWinter She changes forms based on the phase of the moon so i suppose if it was a projection of the moon, it would work. Her powers will work as long as there's moonlight.
@luclovers would an artificial moon activate her powers?

Sure, I suppose so.
Sorry for the inactivity guys, I have had some stuff come up. I'll try to post for sure later tonight.
Sophia grew upset. She had told him that her powers simply wouldn't work during the day. She slowly shuffled over the the wall where she gave him a resentful look. The air was truly frosty.

@KatherinWinter
Sophia stood, the frost around her chair growing. She walked calmly to the front of the room. She walked towards Zeus, keeping her head high. When she reached the front, she faced the audience, and pretended they were just her royal subjects.
"My name is Sophia. I am the daughter of the North Wind. Some of my powers I have control over, but others..." She opened her hands and the stage began to freeze over like an ice rink. "... I have no control over." She finished. She hesitated. "My other powers... They only work at night." She said elusively.
