Evelyn a bit zoned until Amelia decided to address her directly, feeling herself flush from embarrassment. When you put it that way, it did seem really silly of her to be acting in such a sullen manner, but at the same time she wasn't sure how else she should be acting - she had never been free before, really. However the poke jolted her, causing her to squeak cutely, biting her lower lip. Again the conversation shifted completely as Amelia began to show her own unique mark, and Evelyn couldn't help but make out the beauty in it, along with Amelia's own skin. The talk of all this responsibility was depressing though, but it had been easy to answer what she wanted to do in life; 'all I want is love,' she thought to herself, remembering all the doubts she had of that ever happening.
A second time she was startled as Amelia began to tickle her, causing her to giggle involuntarily and even snort, blushing a bright red as she squirmed and wiggled out of reach. Her first reaction was to simply huff towards the Dragoon in a playful manner, before brushing her hair back and becoming shy as she realized as much she was actually blushing. Didn't help much to feel Ellie's hand on her shoulder either, causing her to bit her lip again out of habit. However, she gave in like they wanted. "I'm sorry.. I'm just.. not used to this... or having friends.. or.. um.. anything else.. but, uh, yeah.. to the library." She had reached to rub her arm while she spoke and knew very well that the other two weren't likely to suspect anything of the words 'anything else.' However that was how a romantic's mind worked, was it not? To fantasize and imagine things even far from reality.
