Hey guys... I haven't totally read everything (as in, I read the whole OOC post but not all the characters), but was wondering if there was room for another? I only have time for one role-play at the moment, but this one really caught my imagination. Just on the off chance that it's a yes, I also want to make sure my character idea is acceptable - namely I wanted to play one of the scientist assistants in Zone Alpha, very likely working under someone who works in District 0 (but she wouldn't be allowed in). While I doubt there's anything wrong there, the turning point I wanted to introduce was a an event where she is essentially forced into surgery for experimentation of some new tech. This can either be new, advanced augmentations (actual replacement of limbs or nano-tech) or maybe even some sort of bio-chip that increases all of her perceptions and reactions and allows her to interface with electronics... something along those lines. I'd prefer that for one reason or another, she escapes either by herself or a mysterious stranger.

Anyways, that's the idea. I hope it's not too outlandish or too far-fetched - the character would probably be used to a safer, cushy-type environment that Zone Alpha is used to, but will probably be forced to run to Zone Beta and use her new found abilities to help her survive in situations she never imagined she'd be in. Thoughts? =D

@Captain Jenno@Baklava - I really hate to do this and had I foreseen this happening, I may have never stepped into the role-play, but as it stands right now I have too much going on in my real life to really spend much - if any - time role-playing. I am truly sorry and I hope that me playing a more side character will not mess up the story or the plans you have going forward. Feeling and seeing Ellie walk past her, she looked around, only to see her kiss Amelia! Not only did she kiss her, but it seemed so forceful, causing Evelyn to keep the bright red blush on her cheeks - even crawling to her ears by now. It was over quickly though and all Evelyn could do is watch the giantess walk past her, barely giving her any notice. All she felt she could do in that moment is stand there, dumbfounded before turning her gaze to Amelia. It was strange look she gave the dragoon, one of mixed emotions, of confusion, shyness, and yet some jealousy. To be truthful, the smaller woman wasn't sure at all what to think or feel at that exact moment and instead of facing anything Amelia had to say, she quickly turned and followed after Ellie.

After walking some distance, Evelyn felt like she could finally calm down, but the feelings she faced weren't exactly the most pleasant. In all of her abandonment and rejection, she could only focus on what she thought was the most likely scenario - that Amelia and Ellie would be together. It wasn't that she wasn't happy for what happened, but it only pained her in reminder that she was lonely and had been for as long as she could clearly remember. She was, foolishly perhaps, convinced that Amelia had kissed her by mistake and the real romance was between two warriors that shared past experiences. She couldn't possibly imagine where she would fit into all of this... no, she was sure she was still to be alone.
