@Lady Amalthea - Yeah, to be honest, I do feel like my character is being a little attacked here... I'm sorry you don't like her that much?... but again, you must've misunderstood my wording. "Of course, Rose understood it was more than that..." She heard Tas just fine, actually. You have to understand where Rose stands in the sense that her father died, her mother couldn't give two fucking shits about her, none of her family gave a damn, she's never really had friends, or lovers, or anyone to really be there in her life. So... no, she can't relate that well. If her mother died, she'd be sad, but she'd almost kind of move on with life... after all, her mother didn't really love her at all.
Lastly, to Rose, yes... just saying thank you and go on about something completely different and hardly acknowledging her afterwards is mostly ignoring - to her. It's because most people DO ignore her and abandon her and reject her. So of course she translates this past experience to new people, like we all do. I really am sorry if you don't like Rose...
