I absolutely hate OP characters. So not at all would I be even attempting to make a super wizard. I just wanna exceptional one lol. @WittyWolf knowledge is power, with knowledge anything can be accomplished. I only seek wisdom and information, for mischevious reasons of course. Also, are there going to be any student from Hogwarts? Just wondering.

Well it looks like I've got probable cause to have a Phoenix feather wand core. Phoenixes being native to Egypt and all, it goes hand and hand with medicine (magical healing tears). I'll be using alot of unknown/forgotten spells in this RP. I'm currently attempting to create my own little world of wizardry right now for this topic so I'll have quick notes and material to pull from to throw in IC. This is soo fun, I get to duel wield studying and roleplaying.

As for other locations though I hope we don't have access to all the same opportunities, spells, and items as other students. The Japanese being masters of wandless magic is one reason I want my wizard to interact with those hailing from the far east, to obtain the knowledge of such, and it'd be lame for everyone to be able to walk around wandless throwing fire balls.....just saying. There's a piece of knowledge I want from all schools to achieve my own goals within the RP. And don't fret, my personal goals will not conflict with any plot you and the other GMs are crafting.

Using a character from Egypt I would think that we'd have the advantage in the curses category right? We the people of the great ancient land are known for taking curse breaking up as an occupation, in order to break a curse you'd have to know how to cast it correct?

I would guess we'd be the top tier at deciphering prophecies also. Due to possible run-ins with the sphinx (problem solving and theory skills) and immeasurable catalag of magical text and scrolls (vast access to lost and historical knowledge) in the library of Alexandria, applying all aspects together we'd be a pretty threatening community. Comparing intellect I would think South India would top us though.
