Okay, the last week had been quite rough, to say the least. While Nori's mother managed to get herself a better job and thus, fix their troublesome financial status enough that Nori could finally quit her own and focus on studies, Nori didn't want to leave her mother and her younger brothers behind like that. It felt like she was ditching her own family for her own sake. It took a lot of convincing from her mother for Nori to finally understand that she had to try at least once more. Unfortunately, the only option left was the lowest of the low schools. It was shameful, but Nori felt positive about it, in a way. At least it was an opportunity.. And this one, she couldn't miss.

Thus, Nori had made her way to the spot where she'd take the ride to the school. She did saw some faces gathering there, but she remained quiet to herself, rather isolated - she was avoiding interaction, something very unlike her. The thing is, Nori's quirk isn't something she's particularly proud of. It's lacking, weak and not exactly hero material. Those who were going with her, had very high chances of having quirks better suited for a hero class, despite the fact that they were all losers in every sense of the word.

The truck arrived and the first thought that crossed Nori's mind, was that she might've been fooled or actually came to the wrong place. Indeed it had LOSER written on it's sides, but... Well. Nori had no other option other than take it. Everyone did, after all. Upon entering it, the sight of a man with an impressive long beard caught her attention. Was that his quirk? It certainly looked stronger than Nori's own quirk. She made her way quietly to the back of the truck, making sure to pick an empty portion where other students wouldn't really have any access to her, yet. So there, the ghost of a hero-to-be allowed her eyes to flutter closed as she began trying to imagine what the academy could be like.

The bumpy ride wasn't all that long. The truck eventually stopped - the driver loudly announced them to get down and state their names and as soon as Nori came out, it hastily made the way back. She cast a curious glance behind, but her attention soon focused on the devil of a man who was apparently waiting for them. He was smoking? He was. There were some students smoking, too. Strange... Nori's positive was slowly fading away.

As she followed the rest inside the house, things weren't so bad as she expected - it was rather... impressive, better than her place by a large margin for sure. It was also large and extremely comfortable. Nori had just regained some of her positive thoughts - until the sight of a paper with the man they were following being arrested. What?

She scratched the back of her head. Now that was pretty strange - what he said, too. So, some of the students had meddled with criminal matters? She suspiciously narrowed her eyes, but didn't look at any of them at all. Nori wasn't going to buy herself some problem.

And then, it was time for her to step in the gym - which she hastily did, although pretty nervous and unsure of herself. Her ability didn't resolve around combat, at all.

"R-Right, I'm Nori Kurosawa."

@Valkan accepted. I'll make you an ic portrait when I'm home from work, along with an ic post. It will be difficult for Lorken to test your Quirk seeing as what yiu can do is already pretty clear.
I'll think of something im sure.

For haste reasons just say you arrived by the same dusty loser truck. Enter the gymnasium as the last student leaves, and announce your name. After that its a slice of combat.

So, I've been stalking this OOC thread and oh my, I'm sorry but, I laughed so much through it all.

And naturally, I'm very interested in this RP! And I hope it isn't too late to hop in.

As a matter of fact, I've never watched Boku no Pico Hero and thus, I'm not entirely familiarized with it's universe and the quirks mechanic. However, I did read a few on the wikia and the ones in here in order to base my character... anyway! If there's something wrong, let me know and I will fix it! I'm leaving it below, thanks!

Personality:

Nori is a very positive individual. She's understanding, warm and very outgoing, being friendly as ever to mostly everyone. She's quite spirited and often goes out of her way to try and interact with others. While some may think that she is too naive and gullible, easily fooled by more manipulative individuals, that is not exactly true. Nori is actually pretty intelligent and quick-witted, she's more analytic than what she appears to be and is extremely studious. She just hasn't put focus on the things she were supposed to.

Quirk:

Gravity Center
Nori's gravity center is where she's stepping at. That's it, basic and simple.

No, really. This quirk allows her to walk virtually anywhere, no matter the size or shape, if she can step on it - even with the tip of her feet - she can stand on it. This quirk also makes her completely weightless. It also gives her perfect balance as a result. For example, if someone tossed a small stone and Nori landed atop it with the very tip of either of her feet, she'd manage to travel above it without losing balance or falling down.

Background:

Truth be told, Nori isn't really a loser. She's brilliant, intelligent and very smart, but life hasn't been very kind to her. Due to her family difficult financial status, poverty, she had to work since very young and had little time to study. Her quirk became more of an aid within her work and her house's chores. She tried to study on her own, learn on her own and basically keep a level of education, but it wasn't enough to enter a top college. When she finally had the chance to apply for one, she was caught in terrible bad luck and couldn't reach the college before it was too late.

So now, despite how hard working and willing Nori was, she's still a loser. And the last chance for her, is exactly at L.O.S.E.R, the Last Option School for Eccentric Rejects.

•• She's also addicted to coffee. Black, no sugar.
•• Nori actually weighs 127lbs, but whenever she's using her quirk, she weighs nothing.
•• Nori possesses unnatural-looking eyes and not only that, but they're differently colored. Her right eye is red and her left is pink. They're associated with her father's quirk, which she hasn't inherited at all. Just the eyes.

@TheIrishJJ@Valkan So, are you happy with how you're currently playing or would you like me moderating? My thought process was that, like this, you could finish the battle while I'm away. Possibly do the whole battle in PMs and then post it in full when done, or collab on titanpad or meetingwords. Yeah. I don't know if I got a response on how you'd- EH, give me a call if you need me. So, although I have no complaints about how the battle is going right now, I believe we're both particularly excited and set on winning the first match (I mean, who wouldn't) which could possibly draw it a tad bit too long (I mean, I don't mind losing because it's all good and means development/a reason to become better, but my character's mind set is: WIN WIN WIN). If you moderate/control it, I'm 100% certain it would be fair and fair and we'd accept the results with beaming smiles. XD

edit: actually, scratch this all. I've got ideas going!

Moves: Tackle, Growl, Tail Whip, Sand-attack, Helping Hand
Ability: Adaptability. Makes STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) more effective (2x instead of the average 1.5x)

"Eevee, watch out! Dodge that!" So, Erza was expecting some kind of retaliation. Eevee could dodge only thanks to Erza's focus and the fact that it's sand-attack went through, meaning that Spheal's accuracy was not the same as before. Rory went for a combination there, defense curl and rollout. If Eevee didn't had to dodge, he'd manage to get another tackle in the meantime, but leaping out of position costed the time of the attack. Now, Erza's mind was trying to formulate a possibility of getting through his opponent's pokémon defenses.

"O-Okay! Eevee, don't get caught by the rollout! Use tail-whip and focus on dodging it!" With that, the Eevee swiftly moved from side to side on the field - avoiding the Spheal - all the while it wigged it's tail, distracting the opposing pokémon in hopes of lowering it's boosted defense. To win this match, Erza'd need to cut the offense slightly until he wore the Spheal down.
