โธ Appearance:At a quick glance, Unmei is a typical kunoichi- she's firm, with an upright posture, a determined expression and doesn't appear too far off the expected of someone in her profession. Analyzing further, she's a fairly delicate woman, standing at 5'5" with a slender build, weighing roughly 134lbs. Her lime-colored eyes are soft and unusual, giving her gaze a mixture of curiosity and interest whenever she stares at something for too long. She seems to be rather caring about her apperance, as her eyebrows are clearly trimmed, her hair is silky and hydrated, her skin is soft and exempt of any blemishes, markings or scars.

โธ History:By birthname, her name was Hanako Yurei - an average name befitting an average birth, or not so much. The Yurei clan was one of the clans residing within Amegakure, many years ago; ergo, they were not particularly good nor bad, neither did them possess a reputation to start with. They were warlords, always practicing, always raising their sons and daughters into the ways of battle, fiercely and without remorse. These young children were trained to be machines without feelings or second thought: They couldn't hesitate, they couldn't think - they could only obey and accomplish their missions.
Things is, the Yurei was always divided. The two, oldest members, were known as the Bad Brothers ๆชใๅ
ๅผ (Warui Kyลdai) and whatever reputation the clan had, was thanks to them. They were powerful shinobi at their peak and what made them stand out, was how incredible talented their combinations were. Some would argue that no one could best the two of them together and yet, in the end, was the two of them that ended their fame. Through the years, the elder brother became bitter and his vision about the world began to chance, whereas the younger brother seemed softer and not so inherently interested in the whole dominance the clan wished to achieve.
Their differences started as arguments, but it eventually broke down to a true battle between the two of them. The clan began falling apart, they were weakened, they were broken and eventually, they were thrown out of Amegakure as things began to change in the village itself. Without their home, income and resources, the brothers placed their differences aside - but the damage was already done. They now had resorted to criminality, stealing, murdering and robbing to make by. It was a harsh world and a harsh decision in itself, Hanako was only three when thigs happened.
Her parents weren't very powerful in all honesty and without the safety of being within a village, they had no other choice than allow their daughter to become part of the younger generation that were being trained to be fierce shinobi; as soon as she could walk, that was exactly what happened. Thing is, the Yurei while having a number of strong shinobi, weren't exactly powerful. With each attack, their numbers dwindled, with each failure, they lost their precious warriors. The clan was falling apart, so they began targetting easier targets.
Farms. Smaller villages with next to no defenses. Unguarded settlements. It was a massacre, truly. Those warbent shinobi weren't used to dealing with people who could not defend themselves, so they began their sacking by attacking head on, killing anything living in their path. In her first attack, Hanako was shocked by how bloody and messy things got: She was beaten up pretty badly by other members so she could learn her lesson and place. If she was not with them, she wasn't part of the clan and therefore would be killed right then and now.
This earned her a nickname to the clan: Baka, meaning fool. She was treated like one all the time, simply because she couldn't keep up with all the cruelty and killing without being affected psychologically. It was something she wasn't ready for, yet, had to force herself into with fear of being tortured or even worse, killed. Her parents never moved one finger to do anything either, as they were far too afraid of bothering those close with the Warui Kyลdai. Being part of it, at the very least, gave Hanako an opportunity to become a rather skilled combatant. She was no shinobi, but knew of the arts as the clan passed it to her: She became specifically talented in Shurikenjutsu, but lacked any true training in certain arts such as ninjutsu or genjutsu.
Time passed and the young girl honed her abilities, eventually becoming a fine young lass. She was only fourteen when she had her first opportunity to actually try and get away from the clan; she did not think twice. She had lost all consideration for her peers and even her parents, disconsidering them as a whole. It all began with the two brothers that led the clan having a fight once again, which divided the clan slightly: The older one was set on relying on their cruel ways while the other did not enjoy such violence against people that could not defend themselves. In a bitter cold night, the two of them fought and the younger brother emerged victorious with ease: He killed and decapitated his own brother and the clan finally took its last breath before they became true murderers without any sense of morality.
Their battle which was left uninterrupted attracted quite a lot of attention, however, so Hanako decidedly picked up what little she had and ran off to Amegakure: A lot of their attacks and incidents were within it's border, so she knew that the Yurei clan wasn't welcomed in there. No matter, when she was halted by the shinobi guards, she quickly begged to speak with the Amekage claiming that she had crucial information. Their conversation was short: Hanako asked for only one thing, that her past within Yurei was erased and that she was given a chance as a civilian of Amegakure and if agreed, she'd point exactly where the clan's current hideout was.
In the turn of the night, the clan was nearly eradicated. According to the shinobi that tracked the criminals down and slaughtered them, less than five escaped with life - and three were possibly dying anyway due to their wounds. Fate had saved Hanako, so she decidedly renamed herself to Unmei and dropped off any mention of her clan or previous name, having no previous record with the village to start with, she was practically born that day as a nin of Amegakure.
In the next years, she trained and developed within Amegakure. The village found use for Unmei and in return, Unmei found safety, a salary and a job as a shinobi - eventually making it to the rank of jounin due to her abilities. There was a natural distrust towards her from other peers and nin, but she ignored them easily enough as to not become astray from her path as a shinobi. Perhaps one day she'll prove herself loyal, or their distrust right.
โธ Personality:โ Allocentric.Unmei is more concerned with the interests of the village and possibly the genin that will be under her wing in the future than her own. She is not ganancious and nor has a great objective.
โ Disinterested.... Which means that Unmei is rather disinterested in herself and her own growth. She does not see any opportunity to do so in the meantime.
โ Clear-headed.After enduring everything she's endured in her past, Unmei never did anything stupid or acted without rational thought. She learned through both effort and by being enforced into her how to think logically in all situations and how to eventually overcome hardships with well thought strategies.
โ Assertive.And as such, Unmei enjoys being the commanding voice. This usually is not a problem when she's dealing with genin, whom by nature, are under her in ranking, strength and experience - but she does not limit her assertive personality, knowing full well that she is likely to know better ever than those of the same rank as her or superiors.
โ Flexible.Knowing how to adapt to different circumstances is not something natural to Unmei, but she developed an ability in her last years as a shinobi that allows her to view situations and obstacles differently and gives her an edge when overcoming them. Being flexible also means she has an easier time understanding those she must work with.
โ Immethodical.Unmei does not enjoy following strict systems or sets of rules that must be repeated over and over. She enjoys adaptation and improvisation.
โ Disciplined.While unappreciative of being methodical, strict and rules in general, Unmei does not strive to break them nor cause disorder. Rather, she's well disciplined and knows her position and place, she simply chooses to do things differently to achieve the same results.
โ Impersonal.While this is a positive trait instead of a negative one for a shinobi, the same can't be said for her social interactions. Unmei does not know how to invoke, voice or even use her personal feelings- instead, she ignores them completely.

โธ Description:A technique that utilizes shurikenjutsu and raiton chakra to quickly obliterate the user's foes. The user will throw a sequence of shuriken and use wire strings to guide them in the battlefield, linking one another in the desired way, or shape, they will connect together in the desired shape, entraping the user's foes inside the wires. Then, the user activates the jutsu with a simple handseal, releasing a large quantity of raiton chakra through the wires which will then discharge and electrocute everything inside the linked wires.
โธ Weaknesses:This technique is simple and powerful. What makes it formidable is that its very quick and unexpected, so those caught off guard might have an extremely hard time dealing with a sudden electric discharge. Not being in the area which the wires cover is an easy thing to do, but most won't consider being there a danger in itself.
