lol No problem. Just wanting to make sure I didn't miss anything.
@dragonmancer
I'm confused. Where did Melany get hurt?
@malmshodes You can go for anything. If it seems to overpowered, we can work things out to balance it out a bit.

@Rofka
Ah gotcha! So I've got a few ideas for characters (either the one piece equivelent of Batman, or a user of the shi-shi fruit: a mystical type zohan which transforms the user into a grim reaper) but I'm still working on figuring out the system. lol this is all new to me t.t
Maybe a sample CS? So this way everyone could see what your.

Melany's eyes turned towards Xerxes and gave his arm a quick once over. "It's broken." She muttered. "Here, hold the wheel with your good arm and while I set it." She waited for him to take hold of the wheel before a short piece of wood and some wrap appeared in her hands. "One second" and before the second in command knew it his arm was was in a split, with a wrap that held it up by his shoulders. "There." She muttered, dusting her hands. "It's not too bad, and your still young. So in a day or two it should be back to normal." There were other things she could do for him, chemicals and extracts which would bump up the process, but with a price. There was always a price when you didn't want to stand back and let the body do its thing.

She tilted a little at the look on his face. "I've got some things that could help with the pain, but I know how pirates are with their pride. Would you rather bask in whoever it was that did it?" She shrugged. "Sometimes vengeance fantasies work better than anything a doctor could prescribe."

She blinked and then turned to follow the man's gaze. "That's not a surprise." The red death said, eyeing the approaching enemy vessel. "We're pirates, after all. Is there any time any of us ever gets to bask in the clear?" A short pause. "How's the captain and the Jackal? Think you could hold the wheel while I went and gave them a check? "
So, are there limits on fruits or abilities, or is everything up for grabs(case by case basis of course)?
Also cannon or non cannon df?
The three strangers paused, and looked at each other. They were unsure. They were horrified. They were this close to just throwing their balls around to see what happened. The three of them stood, staring wearily at Almond, and Haruki. They stared, and thought, and came to the conclusion that it was becoming harder and harder to trust anyone. It was almost impossible now. At the rate they were going it wouldn't be possible to have faith in another human being and that included each other. How long could they survive like that? Not long. Not long at all. Sleep with one eye open, and before you know it your sleeping with two and then the lack of rest'll just kill you.

"Look" one of them said, stepping forward. He was slightly older than the rest, but maybe only by a few months. His hair was charcoal grey and he had skin like Virgin Olive Oil. "Things have been rough, okay? I know we shouldn't be so jumpy, but its in our nature now." He pointed at himself. "I'm Mace." He pointed on the guy to his left. "This is Windu." His finger pointed at the last figure, which turned out to be a girl. "And this here is Argentina." He took a cautious step forward. "The thing is there's been these shadows figures we've been noticing for the last couple of weeks. Every time we see one, someone gets hurt or killed. It happens the same time every day. So we're up here, seeing if we can spot them and take some pictures. From there it'll just be a matter of getting it to the authorities so they can figure out what to do from there."

He swallowed hard before continuing. "Thing is we don't know who to trust. There are some people in town who we've seen talking to the shadow things, and even giving them food or pointing in directions. Once a man I've known my whole life talked to one of those things and then pointed at me. It chased me but I managed to give it the slip. What was the freakiest hing though it is looked like a pokemon, a geodude, but it was way too fast, and black, not rocky grey, but black, all over, even its eyes were black."

Back in the ship's med-bay Melany was laying out her medical supplies when her boss's words about getting the ship going reached her ears. "Ugh!" She shouted, slamming the scalpel she was placing on her work table. "Make up your mind." She muttered and hurried back up to the deck to get everything ready, and aim the ship as best she could so at least once it started moving it wouldn't crash back into the island.

"Someday I need a crash course on this stuff at least," she muttered after everything she could've done was done, and she was standing at the helm, aiming the ship so it would move out into the sea. "It wouldn't have to be a long course, details and history could be skipped over, but something!" She grit her teeth. "Practice too. I need to definitely practice." She narrowed her eyes as the ship suddenly got a burst of speed that seemed anything but natural. "What's going on back there!" She called over her shoulder. "Everyone doing okay? If there's a need for medical help then someone's going to have to come up and steer unless whatever's pushing us." Which was exactly when the motion ceased. "Correction, whatever was pushing us, can drive this thing too!"
@Ira
Uh. For future reference, Is there a posting order like with the crew of the sunny massacre?
I'm definitely interested!
@Ira
"Inside the ship?" Melany arched a brow and thought about that for a moment. Killing wasn't something she had any fondness for doing, and it seemed like there was going to be a melee that she didn't have any personal stakes in. Besides, if everyone of her crew mates died, or worst, failed in repelling the attack, a single well trained individual like herself could sneak away much easier than a group of powerful individuals who preferred to punch instead of duck. There was always a bright side if you took a moment to find it. "Aye. Aye. Captain." She gave a quick salute and turned to hurry into the ship. "Best of luck guys. Be careful. I am this ship's doctor, but everyone needs a good night's sleep. So, please don't come back full of bullet holes, knife wounds, chemicals burns, or half your skull crushed in, okay?" She didn't wait for anyone to reply before turning to make her way towards their new ship. She got a few steps before hearing the captain speaking to someone named Xelo.

"Hmm?" she mumbled, turning around to give the figure a look. From what she could tell the man didn't seem like anything special, but in a world where anyone could do anything with the bite of a piece of fruit that didn't mean much. What did was how her captain offered the man a seat on their vessel if he helped them. Whoever he was, he was definitely note worthy, if only as a way to better understand the man she was currently under. Her eyes narrowed at the stranger, at Xelo. "I don't trust you." She muttered.

There was an explosion, several. The sound of whoomping air filled the air. "Hmmm?" She mouthed as she turned her attention over to the first mate and his battle with what was probably a marine. There would be a lot of marines soon. Even with the fleet decimated like it was there wasn't a lack of uneven odds. "Better hurry." She mumbled before hurrying over towards the ship. She paused a moment before jumping at the end of the walk to land safety on the poop deck. "Alright." She muttered as she hurried over to the other side to check to see how her crew was doing. "I better start prepping." She frowned and thoughtfully touched her finger to her lips. "I wonder if anyone would consider that a jinx?" She shrugged her shoulders and hurried down tot he medbay.
