@Ace of flames01 Sorry man, not giving up on this. :P
@Malphaestus oh my gosh... Ok. Regardless of what I say it is ultimately up to cucco on the matter. Not me. So if I were you, I'd wait to here their opinion before you decide you don't want to be a part of this. You are not being a bother, rather, I am just trying to make it fair to those who followed the rules initially set up. If you want to just state that both parents are simply unknown or MIA. But if you want to just give up and quit, then that's your choice. Not mine.

Who said anything about quitting xD
@Ace of flames01 I'm in no means trying to be a bother, and I can see where you're coming from. But I have a hard time seeing how a father, whom will be in name only, and a mother, whom also is merely a name, being made up by a writer is somehow unfair to others. Of course I'll ultimately give up because I don't want anyone to distaste me for whatever reason, but I just don't see it.
@Ace of flames01 I know, but given the fact that certain Gods appear to be from illustrations, games, and so on, I don't think it's that much of an issue if I make up a God.

Plus, Sheogorath of the Elder Scrolls universe has no parent, I'd also like to follow the same concept. And, in the least, if I can't have that, I'd like to at least make up a fitting parent, given that I don't like the ones that exist in current religion/litterature.
Tfw all Gods I find suck.

I'll just make a custom one ;)
A quick, second question here.

Is it possible to have a character's parents remain unknown?
@Malphaestus
I'll answer these to the best of my ability.
- Your character can be a god or demigod, just needs at least 1 godly parent.
- I don't think spheres of control are claimed, I figure they can just overlap each other.
- My villain character caused a genocide several thousand years ago and was buried because of it, so maybe that helps for the crucial role thing.
- Civilizations get 1000 citizens automatically when created, so if you want your character can wait for a while before creating theirs.

That's all I can really say, hope it helps.

Thanks man :)
@Cuccoruler

My questions are more along the lines of clarifications than anything else.
  • To start it off, our characters are Gods? Or are they sort of demi-gods?
  • If they are demi-gods, is it possible to create a new God?
  • If our characters are Gods, rather than a kind of Demi-god 'thing', is it possible to create a God that's old enough to have played a crucial role in the past?
  • I'll still have 1000 citizens of my civilization, even if I enter the roleplay a bit into it, right?
  • If that's the case, is there a reason to validate why my character could create more than others at the stage he enters the scenes.

Edit: I'd also like to know which domains, or spheres of control, are already taken. I think if there was an easily accessible list that showed this, everyone would benefit :)
@Banana very much so!

I have a few questions, though.
Still open to peoples?
