Nerds are the awkward/socially inept version of geeks -- they tend to be more academically inclined, introverted, less good looking, etc. They take fandoms to weird and creepy places, which often serves to make those around them (except for other nerds) uncomfortable. For instance, a nerd will talk about Star Trek and they'll have everything about the show right down to taking the time to study and/or map out actual blueprints of the Enterprise... then proceed to argue with people about whether dilithium crystals, if found, would be an adequate power source to make space travel in a Constitution class sized starship actually feasible. They treat the fandom as if it's a thing, not just something they enjoy. (Which often has the effect of weirding less nerdy people out.)

So I fucked up the three point road turn and turned it into a six point road turn, my right turns were too wide and left turns too short, and apparently I was “Unsure of which way to turn the wheel”. That one’s gotta be bullshit, because they gave no context on where this mistake happened.
