Hey chief, I'm very interested. I'll be working on a character sheet.

Any chance I could get some information about the world?
What are the varying kingdoms like culturally? Are any of them comparable to the cultures of civilizations in the real world?

EDIT:
Also, what magics are present in the world? Such as; Destruction, Elemental, Summoning, Druidic, Shamanistic, Ritualistic?
Hallo!

Name: Tosh
Real Name: Tobias Rigby
Age: 26
Position: Outsider
Occupation (If Any): Whatever strikes Tosh's fancy that day.

Appearance:

Tosh wears a tan poncho, a black longsleeve shirt, nylon gloves, leather boots, yellow tinted goggles or blackout aviators, an ancient Cubs baseball cap, and (formerly blue) jeans.

Personality Traits:
Isolation tends to dull one's social skills and unfortunately that's the one thing Tosh has a stable supply of. If the humans were to make a positive ID on him he'd very quickly lose whatever freedom he did have. If he were to try to visit the mutants at the Pit, well taking away their abilities probably wouldn't be appreciated. There was no loyalty to be had with his mutant compatriots. He was alone and he had learned to make do. Tosh often times goes days without speaking, on a few occasions even weeks. Crippling loneliness has taken its toll on him, as have the few encounters he has had in the past few years. Tosh is a pacifist in a world where that has long ceased to be an answer though even know he tries to hold himself closely to the ideals of non-violence. Tosh once said to a hostile mutant, "Violence is the easiest solution. It is a short term solution. If violence becomes our answer, there will be no long term, there will be no solution. There will only be an end." The very same mutant was strangled to death as Tosh said these words to him.

Abilities:
Null sphere
Tosh is despised among the mutant community for this and highly sought after by the humans and their government for his one of a kind power. In a five meter radius around Tosh exists what he refers to as the Null Sphere in which all mutant abilities are rendered useless. Tosh puts off powerful pheromones that if a mutant were to catch wind of, would be drawn to him. The closer one is to Tosh the more powerful an affect his pheromones and the weaker powers become. Once within five meters of Tosh mutations cease to function. To mutants capable of sensing life or other mutations of that ilk, Tosh is rendered completely invisible by his mutation.

Skills:
Tosh is a survivalist by need, not by choice. He's grown adept at making do with nearly nothing and will continue to do so with some ease.
Being on particularly poor terms with damn near everyone, Tosh has found it easier to simply make himself invisible through proper usage of camouflage, covering his tracks, and a nearly unbreakable patience.
A rifle and box of stolen rounds have lasted him nearly a year and with good reason. If Tosh can't hit a target with the first shot, then he won't squeeze the trigger. He hasn't survived this long on dumb luck and brash actions.
Tosh can outrun most people and in the ruins of war torn cities his is damn near impossible to follow. The callouses on his hands and feet and the scars on his arms and legs will attest to the hours he's put into navigating the environment of urban decay.
When it's time to throw down, Tosh is ready, but unwilling. He detests fighting, but has come to accept it as a very necessary part of life. When he fights hand to hand, he moves quickly and goes for the points that most would shirk away from. Survival is not a pretty thing, but it is the difference between life and death.
Tosh is more than capable of attacking those that wrong him, be it with a crowbar in the dead of night or well placed homemade charges hidden along a well traveled road. The first rule of warfare is to teach your enemies why they should never have attacked you in the first place.

@Gentlemanvaultboy
If you'd like, Owlman could survive. I believe two of my characters are more than capable of lending a hand.
@Savato
If you're on later tonight, sure thing.
@RoflsMazoy
Hey, I'm currently filming a short film and will be for the next two days. Not sure what I can offer y'all. It'll probably be best to carry on without me.
I'm bored, I need someone to talk with me on Sync.in.

Reporting for duty.
@Savato
I'm equally bored, so I'll be the consolation prize to Archmage and hop on sync.in.
@Archmage MC
Yeah, my understanding of toon-force is that in order for it to be possible/non-hazardous it has to be funny.

A great example of toon-force in action is Ed, Edd, & Eddy. There's an episode where Ed gets a pebble in his shoe and out of misplaced anger eats a slide, or another episode where Ed is searching for someone and literally lifts a house from its foundation to look under it.
Then there's the injury shtick where pianos are dropped on heads, accordions are swallowed, or Wiley Coyote falls off of a cliff after realising he's running on thin air. They'd only be deadly if it was not funny.

Of course, that's not to say your take on toon-force is invalid. That's just the take on toon-force that I'm used to and what is generally used to describe toon-force in the subreddit r/whowouldwin.

Edit: And Harper wasn't. Deadpool's healing factor is a result of a mass of tumors that have hideously deformed him. The longer Harper lives, the more maimed he'll become.
@Savato
Sort of! He doesn't have the power of toon-force, so pain and what not is still a very real factor for him, though he recovers from it near instantaneously. I'm not sure if Light experiences similiar results to say, being stabbed, as Leonce would, though I also am under the impression that Archmage's view of toon-force is a tad different to mine so I may be wrong.

EDIT:
@Savato
Also, my character Harper is similar with a healing factor, though he requires an input of energy and damaged tissue tends to be repaired with scar-tissue, so his healing factor is more along the lines of a weaker Deadpool.
