With all that’s going on in this world, I’m looking to get back into roleplay as a form of escapism! :D
It’s been several years since my last roleplay but I’ve had at least two partners that I’ve managed to keep storylines last for at least 3 years each! Unfortunately, I’ve lost connection and so I am looking for ONE long term roleplay partner. Here, my advertisement of sorts will be kept short - to the point! In addition, I will give myself a simple introduction for you to determine if I’m a good RP match, including my general likes and dislikes.
About me…
* 24, he/him, lgbt friendly!
* Roleplayer practically my entire life! 10+ years experience.
* Laid-back. I’m not the worst writer, but by all means, I am not the best! I will not waste my energy correcting your spelling, punctuation, or grammar, but I expect you to be decent in all aspects.
* I TEND TO YAP !! I communicate very well and am like a golden retriever puppy, super sweet and easy to get along with! So you MUST be able to chat regularly about the plot. Although I like to leave space for surprises, we must be able to discuss the main ideas of our plot thoroughly. Though, if you are going to be away on vacation or whatever an absence may be - just be able to keep me updated and I will be sure do the same!
* I do not have any specific plot in mind, you can choose any genres and topics you like and we will cook something up together.
Likes:
* Genres ~ Fantasy, Adventure, Romance (bxg or bxb preferably, there could even be multiple ships including side characters!), Drama, Horror, Action, Slice of Life
* Topics ~ Childhood friends, Fluff & Angst, Royalty, Rivals, Reincarnation, Runaways, Workplace, High School/College, Celebrity/Idols, Historical-ish (definitely won’t be accurate, but think of it as like *insert time period* vibes!), Arranged marriages (and/or) Forbidden love, Supernatural (not the TV show. Think like magic powers, demons, vampires, monsters, etc..), Paranormal (ghosts), Spirited Away (again, not the movie, but rather the concept of going to a spirit world)
* Original Characters
* Heavy description regarding any and all aesthetics of settings & characters!
Dislikes:
* I do NOT do Fandoms (I’m so sorry)
* Scifi, Apocalypse
* Realistic References (I’ve always felt weird using real people for some reason. If we use refs at all, I much prefer illustrations or anime)
* Super short or super long posts! Depending how frequently we respond to each other, will determine how long our posts should be. I like to keep responses around 3 - 6 paragraphs with at least 5 sentences each! I feel as though that’s a fair range.
* A few short posts a day ((and/or all depending on our availability)) longer posts a few times a week!

* whether or not we decide to RP in forums, Dm, etc please follow all site rules regardless!
* Please be patient. I work nights (Central Time) and so I might post or reply at very odd hours! Especially on my days off, my sleep schedule can be unpredictable.
* I write on Mobile so please let me know if my format is off (I have no idea what I’m doing lol)
* Please have a couple years of Roleplay experience and plan to see our plot till the end! I expect you to have a perfect understanding of what not to do such as Marysues, controlling my character without prior permission, etc.
