Ghost watched as the creature turned around and seemed to shrug off the drugged projectiles like they were annoying flies. As the werewolf lunged, Ghost vanished. The invisible hero ducked under the werewolf and dived straight between its legs, rolling as he hit the asphalt. Not but a few seconds after Ghost pushed himself to his feet and started to silently move away from the beast, did a flashbang go off. The young hero suspected it had come from an arrow from their blind archer, who seemed to be a surprisingly good shot. As his senses cleared, Ghost scaled part way up a building behind him and perched in a window sill. Only moments after Ghost was in a good position to look out over the skirmish, two explosions went off. One seemed to detonate on the wolf, while the other must have been thrown to the side by the creature before it exploded.”Are you trying to kill me?!” Ghost snarled into the communicator.
The information Hector had given them all wasn’t exactly reassuring. This thing was a walking tank.”Any weaknesses? Suggestions?” Ghost asked, watching the battle continue. As Sam entered the fray and began to taunt the beast with a card trick of all things, Rick’s heart sank. That guy was totally insane. Ghost couldn’t get his eyes away as the werewolf charged down Sam. Then he heard a familiar battle cry, and a crack of lightning. That Shazam Jr. kid! Ghost sighed in relief as Shazam easily man handled the monster. When Star and Whisper stepped in, Rick was sure the Wolf would be down and out soon. These guys weren’t as bad as he’d originally thought. Ghost’s head clicked up as he heard something approaching. ‘Is that a jet?’ Ghost thought to himself. When the voice of someone called Burner came over the communicator, Ghost felt this win was in the bag. He could probably just sit up on that window sill and watch them beat the thing into the ground.
Then the wolf broke out. At first, Ghost thought that it would only be temporary. Then the thing lifted Star over its head, and it looked as if it was going to smash her against the asphalt. It’d be like Batman and Bane all over again. Ghost leaped off the window sill and landed on the top of a car, and then he jumped onto the ground. Ghost sent a pair of shurikens flying through the air at the beast, more than sure that it could take them no problem. He then whipped out his knives, and vanished. Ghost began to circle the beast, looking for an opening for attack. After Whisper whipped the thing, Ghost jumped in and went on the offensive. He reappeared right in front of the werewolf, sending a flurry of slices at its left leg. Ghost then rolled around and behind the werewolf, getting ready to dodge some claw slashes or lunges.”Put her down.” Ghost growled, feeling defensive of his new team already.
