Hi there, @Lucius Cypher-sama, I discovered something about this RP that made me more interested on it. And since @TheWindel said that you was sure that no one would notice, I decided to come here and say it. Or better, describe it with this neat little image, since you know what I'm talking about:

I don't even know how I haven't noticed it immediately, given how much Magic I've played until a time ago (not anymore, for sheer lack of partners, though). Furthermore, if the setting is one giant city divided between many guilds, it does mean that the Faded City is a Ravnica expy, right?

OH. MY. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! How did I not see it?! So THAT'S why Yellow and Orange were dropped~ >:3

Miles was quite surprised when Minako expertly bound him to the chair, looking at her curiously he was even more surprised when she unhesitatingly lowered the chair back to the ground, hating the feeling of out of control weightlessness.

Raising his eyebrow at Minako’s promise Miles couldn’t help but be surprised by the tone of his little sister. Really? The little sister will reward the big brother? Isn’t that an interesting reversal. Well it’s pretty good as far as motivation goes. Still she is really too good at this...

"I’ll look forward to it little sister” with a grin Miles gestured with his head for Minako to begin as she placed the rag on his face. It honestly shocked him when the water hit his face, making his throat and lungs burn as he felt close to drowning. His first time brought tears to his eyes, that were quickly washed away by the water. Still he did not yell, or scream, he simply gripped the chair’s arm rests so hard they turned to splinters in his hands. The only outward sign that he was affected by the torture.

When the first jug was emptied, Miles did his best to breathe as he coughed and spluttered through the rag. Miles could just imagine the sadistic grin on Donna's face... oddly enough he could imagine the same grin on Minako's... pushing the image of the two girls from his mind, Miles tried to focus on the matter at hand I can see how this is a highly effective method. Today is just getting more and more painful... His eyes widening under the rag as Miles came to a conclusion oh God, what fresh disaster will await me after this?

@Spriggs27 My post is at the bottom of page 11 :)
Making up that chant to get the card took up way more time than it should have on my part. Mine wasn't even that good :P

EDIT: @liferusher I interpreted it as something like it being the cause of the disaster. You know Digimon? Season 1 black gears turn Digimon bad and fight the protagonists. It's a corrupting force that influences stuff. That said I'm not a GM sooo...

Stepping around the vending machine, she lightly skipped over to where her staff, slightly impaled on a wall sticking out at eye height. Tugging again over and over she eventually came loose, clattering to the ground near the vending machine. Picking up her staff Delia lightly carried her gun and looked down at the vending machine, and saw what looked like a card sticking out of the machinery, words springing to her lips.

“You who was plagued with misfortune
Find solace if the fact that it was out of your control
Your nebulous fate concluded
Better luck next time”

As the vending machine dissipated Delia reached down and picked up a card with two coins on it. Tapping the card on her chin Delia looked at it again wondering why a card would make a vending machine attack. Shrugging her shoulders Delia went to put the card in her pocket before realizing her situation
Now where do I put this?! Stupid skirts having no pockets! unsure what to do Delia simply put the card in her left high sock and walked towards the school. Arriving at the school Delia looked up and wondered if she should waste the time going around to the entrance or if she should see if the gun could blast it's way through before wondering how anyone would explain a whole in a wall with a bunch of coins scattered about. Extremely tired of the situation Delia looked up and wondered.

I can make it. I'm sure I can! I've hopped it before and now I can even beat up a vending machine! Besides, there is no way I’m the only one who’s like this and they might have some semblance of what's going on! Taking a running jump Delia surprised her self by easily clearing the wall, landing gracefully on the other side. Looking back at the wall Delia secretly admired her Wheel of Fortune before searching the grounds. Walking around the empty school Delia eventually spotted a girl that had smashed a lawnmower, but more importantly it seems like she wasn’t wearing a skirt! As she left Delia set about chasing after her and called out.

“Hey! Wait! You! This is important! How come you get to wear pants?!” out of the corner of her eye, Delia spied another girl. She looked rather scary, her outfit seemed to have dinosaur teeth and she had a mask on Am I the only one that got stuck wearing a dress? slightly intimidated Delia chased after the first girl who smashed the lawnmower.
“Wait up! Please!”
Are we supposed to know the purging speech? Like our cards tell us? Or do we need to meet our Senpai's to learn? @KoL
Huh. I think this was my longest post in a while. Let me know if I missed any important details/did a poor job proofreading

Delia was walking back up the empty street lamenting the fact that all the stores seemed to have closed early Is today a holiday? Why is everything closed? having walked to the top of a hill Delia pulled out her wallet and walked to a vending looking to get another drink.

As she went to inset the coin she heard a clunk and looked down. A fresh drink was already dispensed. Raising her eyebrows Delia looked around wondering if anyone had simply forgot to grab it. When no such person appeared she reached into grab the drink and suddenly felt as if a vice gripped her.

“Ahh! What the hell is this prank!?” shock and fear instantly gripped Delia’s heart as she wrenched her hand out and scrambled away form the machine. All of a sudden the machine seemed to float before slamming back into the ground, closer to her with each. Getting to her feet Delia rubbed her eyes as if this was some sick hallucination. Then, as if the machine realised it couldn’t catch her, it stopped.

Tilting her head Delia just stared at the machine when all of a sudden she heard the thunk of a dispensing drink , followed by a can being shot at her head. Diving to the side the can smashed into the wall behind her. Eyes wide, Delia got to her feet and ran without looking back, the occasional can whizzing by her head and faster and faster thunk sounds chasing her up the street.

“You stupid piece of machinery! What’s your problem!?” yelling at the top of her lungs Delia poured on an extra ounce of speed, finding herself maybe a block away from the school before kneeling down, exhausted.

*THUNK* *CLUNK* *THWUMP*

*THUNK* *CLUNK* *THWUMP*

*THUNK* *CLUNK* *THWUMP*

The sound of the vending machine was relentless and unstopping. Getting to her feet Delia watched as the machine, although a distance away, pursued her. All of a sudden Delia felt a pulsing come from her wallet, taking out the Tarot card she looked at it as if she had just tasted something sour.

“You stupid card! This all starte-” feeling words flow through her mind and Delia grinned uncontrollably.

“You unfortunate machine”

“Take A Gamble on X - Wheel of Fortune”

Throwing the card in front of her, Delia slowly walked forward as the card seemed to grow, blocking a few cans. Without hesitation Delia walked through the enlarged card and came out on the other side in an unrecognizable form surrounded by a golden aura.

“Come, test your luck~!” pointing what looked like a wand or baton of some description at the machine Delia dashed forward, as the machine launched a faster volley of cans. Deflecting the unconventional bullets for a while, the wand was knocked from Delia’s hand and she had to resort to dodging. Feeling more agile in this form Delia quickly escaped around the back of the vending machine and launched into a flying kick with all her might.

“RIDER KICK!” hitting the machine with such force easily toppled it over. Landing on her feet Delia looked down and noticed something.

“AHH! I’m wearing a skirt?! I hate skirts!” blushing as she thought of anyone looking at her as she did that kick. Seeing no one around Delia tried tugging on the hem as if to somehow turn them into shorts she noticed just in time that the machine was getting back up.

Glaring at it Delia stuck her hand out to the side and a heavy looking gun contraption fell into her hand. The weird mix of slot machine and gun was soon aimed at the vending machine and Delia pulled the lever. As the slots whirled the sounds of a busy casino could be heard. As the slots stopped three cherries could be seen on the side.

“CH-CH-CHERRY!”

An excited voice came out of nowhere and announced the result as Delia pulled the trigger. A ball of coins about the size of a basket ball was launched at the vending machine, punching a hole clean through it.

Turning away Delia slung the gun over her shoulder and walked towards the school, what she interpreted the words ‘Halls of Enlightenment’ to mean. “Lady Luck wasn’t on your side~!”
@KoL I personally prefer Sōten no Ken :P

Miles sadly smiled at Izumi, quickly realising his error. On his feet once more Miles slightly stumbles as he went to the chair and was about to sit when a new arrival took his place. Dear oh dear. This won’t do. My punishment inflicted on others? This is awful! I think I feel the sword of Damocles hanging over my head and the thread is fraying…

Reaching towards Amy, Miles was about to mention her grave error when Izumi made her announcement. Sighing to himself he looked at Izumi and willingly walked to one of the newly procured chairs. Turning his head to Amy he said

“So sorry about this. If I had been a little bit quicker in my actions, none of this would have happened. Very unlike me to make such a mistake. I must have been concussed to make such a common error.” settling himself in the chair Miles felt his muscles sigh in relief, even if it was only going to be for a short while given the coming punishment. There are about 16 different things I could use to kill in this room, yet I failed to read it. Master will be disappointed, or worse, embarrassed!

“Minako. Donna. I expect you to be fair with this punishment, actions have consequences. This is simply mine.” Miles leaned his head back and breathed slowly and deeply, getting as much air as he could, while he could.
“I am rather durable. I should be able to handle this much.” With one last pointed look at Donna, to remind her of the night she had him endure so that she would hopefully not go too far, he closed his eyes and waited.
