@The Harbinger of Ferocity@mdk I'm curious on what you guys think of George Bush's remarks on bigotry. He never said Trump, but what is your thoughts on that? Andy too, if he's around.

His remarks on bigotry are fine. W always struck me as a leader and a man of strong moral character. I think he's missing the forest for the ugly trees, a bit, though -- hell we're all doing that. The whole racial-nativism business, like, I get it -- it's a thing, it exists, it's bad. I don't buy that it's anywhere near as prevalent as they're trying to make it sound. I'm on T_D nearly every day, and I just plain don't see it. We fucking love legal immigrants of every background. We want that. When people get up on stage and lecture "not necessarily Trump" and "not necessarily Trump supporters" about shit we don't even believe, and everyone else starts eating it up like the cure for cancer, it's easy to feel like we're being treated a little unfair. I don't think that's gonna bridge any divides.

Anywho.

I don't think there's anything wrong with putting our own interests first in any arena of any kind. I think he's wrong on globalism, I think Obama's wrong on globalism, and I think our debt growth under those two would back me up. I think it's ridiculous that $100k of Russian facebook ads are being blamed for the hostility of a $5billion collective campaign of hatred -- it's a pathetic excuse for a scapegoat so that we can conveniently ignore our own lack of respect for one another and I resent the establishment (right and left, mostly left and RINOs) for pushing it to exempt themselves from guilt. I think Bush (ironically, as a pretty liberal spender) is now singing the right tune on the private sector, and that's working out pretty well.

And FWIW, I think it's absolutely hilarious that Donald Trump's power level is so high that he's got leftist propaganda outlets singing praises to George W. Bush.

That's.... generally my response to all that. Was there anything in particular you were interested in discussing?

Thanks but I don't particularly care to enlighten you :)

When you don't read any evidence or make any arguments and you spent the first half of the thread arguing that you were a brainslave but you still manage to condescend.

Look fellas. Even assuming the Puerto Ricans forgot to look under the sofa cushions for Trump's aid, isn't it kind of questionable he would pat himself of the back when people are still coping with what happened?

"Look I get it, corrupt officials in Puerto Rico are throwing food in the garbage so they can put more starving children on TV to point a finger at Trump, that's bad and all, but the real problem here is that he's defending himself against their fraudulent accusations."
I heard Trump gives himself 10 out of 10 on his aid response to Puerto Rico's plight.

There's more to the story.

Never apologize, that's what the media wants you to do in an effort to control you. FIGHT THE POWER.

I will say that liberals can also be batshit crazy like in your articles as well, sir. @mdk

And I'm in danger of attributing that crazy to the left in general, because I generalize, so apologies in advance if I wind up getting there.
@POOHEAD189, @Dynamo Frokane

We are downgrading this from fake news to very fake news. So fake that it might hurt, yet that is what happens when you are attempting to run a smear campaign. But certainly, let us attempt to exploit tragedy with feigned "outrage" over a comment that is totally unverified and goes against what is accepted as the general practice of a person's business, let alone supposed proof.

There's no way this can possibly be a distraction from all of this, which seems to be the Russia we were looking for. @mdk's link is down, but do not worry, there's plenty of it circulating at the moment. I am certain the mainstream media will be right on that; they are well known for their honesty, believe me.

No, no, the left is SUPER genuinely concerned about the troops. Just look at it.

It's totally a coincidence that they've suddenly discovered moral outrage now that a dead soldier can be used as a football, on the same day that their nuclear goddamn treason went public. Total coincidence. Pay no attention to the man behind the corner.
