I'll leave it to Mango's discretion as one of your neighbors and the map designer.
@Wernher

I'm going to have to strongly disagree with a population of ~190 million. The primary reasons the PRK's population is so large is because:

A: It's a leader of one of the main factions that seem to be developing.
B: Everyone in the entire world save Avalia would invade it if given a good opportunity, which means that it almost certainly has to be a large power to survive (hence it isn't unbalanced)
B: It's essentially 1/3-1/2 of the industrialized world due to its presence as the remaining top half of the Old Kataylan Empire (as I'm going to call it because historical revisionism), meaning the leftmost continents.
C: Even though it's pretty heavily rural in the interior there's a lot of coastline there, and it's close to the equator unlike the Soviet Union, which is the closest analogue with ~200 million people in 1940. We're at the same latitude, and also like ten times bigger.

That being said, I don't want to discourage your creativity in your nation setup. I'd be perfectly fine with a population of ~100 million, give or take 20, with the aforementioned overpopulation problems and also the disorder that would be present considering the revolution attempt mentioned in your history.

The revolution happened 12 years ago in the PRK for reference, so your current government would have to be younger.

And I forgot to mention that I also now have another ~100 million empire of bloody squid trying to contest my naval superiority, which is Kataylabinsk's thing.
Welp, I didn't expect to have an underwater empire on my western coast. This makes things interesting.
So where am I going to be as far as tech? Am I to assume that the Rokthani were still developing while held away in the mountains or am I going to have to start from where I left off?

I feel like a small jump is perfectly fine.

Raindeer, that's way too much land. You're basically suffocating the Herenthor and Arsuron, and if it's just a hunting ground it shouldn't be included in your claims.
@Valkyr- Saurians
@Elitestpotato- Snow Brutes
@Diehard243- Soruli
@orangebox- Uaru
@WendigoRoss- Ungly-hai
@Veoline- Isáwa

That should be it for all the players we're removing. I mentioned them just in case they're still lurking, and if you're one of these people, speak now or forever hold your peace.

As far as territorial gains, I know Raindeer had some he wanted but I'm going to let them tell you rather than trying to track it all down.
Alright, I think I can find time for this again. On one condition.

I can't write gigantic walls of paragraphs like you can, Mihndar. It's just not happening. I will, however be able to update the map and interact with my fellow players. Internal development with my civ will be minimal, but I'll still be here contributing what I can.

Considering I haven't posted in like two months I don't think that's really a problem. Welcome back aboard.
I'm enthusiastic about this posting increase.
I'll post again if necessary, I just hoped to have a couple more people go first. Like Voltus (you know, the guy who's RP this is) or Skepic.
@Mihndar

Do you remember how you made that relations sheet for how the PRK viewed all nations in the past RP? I'd be interested to see that again this time around.

I'll put one together this week, hopefully.
Skepic and I have established that we're going to be already allied in this RP since shortly after the Revolution, so there's not much need for a state visit to Avalia. Likely my next post will be a commentary on what happened in Zenovia (and any other nation that posts) and some insight into the PRK's economy and political structure.
