A soldier's gotta keep up his calory intakes now doesn't he? Also... this alien meat stuff smells not entirely dissimilar to pork... huh...

Waiter: Indeed sir, the Bulvonian beast is an animal that shares in the dna of Terran swine quite a lot, despite it being more the size of ten Terran whales on land...

*Pauses for a moment to give thanks in the presence of the waiter before taking a sip of water*
<Snipped quote by Memory>

*As we continue talking, the waiter reappears and with a flourish of mastering his four arms like a ballet dancer serves our food in style*

Waiter: Food's up good sirs! Again if you need anything, just click your fingers and i'll be right up!

Here is the root vegetable salad with roasted seasonal greens!

And here is your Terran Liberty Stake and the side of fries as asked,

And the Bulvonian grill with the traditional Planet Tempera's Tropical side salad as requested!

Thank you!
*Turns to Ben*
Are you going to be able to eat all of that?
<Snipped quote by Memory>

Yes, but he is currently in an unconscious state of sorts.

Ah, cool! Are you hoping to focus on the other two or do you want to open a thread with him and the navis/Jade?
New post is a bit long, just wanted everyone to know who is who and whatnot

Is Axl still in the tavern?

Here ya go

Sounds cool!

The more you know, ey? Man!... *I suddenly turn all calm for no known reason - aside from the natural calming energy of Cientryss* This is Heaven... like... for real, for real! I always used to think these were just fairy tales people told themselves to be able to cope with the fact that we all die eventually. But c'mon... *I keep looking around and at and through the windows bewildered*

I can’t say I haven’t wondered where I or my copies go if they die. I wonder whether we go anywhere. Or if it would change when the last copy died.

30% of the totality of customers in the general restaurant culture? Usually means less than the majority...

Plurality just means that it's a higher percent than the rest of the others. For instance, higher than soda.
<Snipped quote by Memory>

huh?... what?... boy you sure do sound like an alien my guy... plurality? as in more than one person? If that's what you're asking then yes! yes more people do ask for just water... wha...? have you never asked these questions.... you know what? i sure do have to see the worlds you went and explored before mine. Unusual as f!

It just means whether the percent of people who order water is higher than the percent of people who order any other particular drink. Nothing all that complex. But sure, I may be able to show you some of the worlds I visit.
<Snipped quote by Memory>

When you are at a restaurant... yes, actually, pretty uncommon... tis either beer, stronger alcohols such as wines or whisky, sodas... plain fruit juices... but about 30% of people do just get water.

That's a pretty sizeable percentage, no? Any chance that's a plurality?
<Snipped quote by Memory>

Waiter: *Smiles warmly* Your order will be up in but a few minutes sirs! *Vanishes in light again*

Pre-Uplifting Soldier Boy: *Look at you with a raised eyebrow* Seriously? No drink? nothing? Not even a juice or something?

Is it uncommon where you’re from to drink water alone when offered? I’m not opposed to other drinks, but water alone is the most common pairing for me.
