Current You know, I'm in 4 RPs that are basically still going, yet they're all slowing down in unison. IN UNISON.

@Mercurial Yeah, there are going to be others.

Will they be region based, like Harry Potter? If so, does that mean all characters are expected to be Japanese, given it being set in a valley in Japan?
@Mercurial The world still isn't wary of the presence of magic, so you could think of it similar to Harry Potter? As for the demon war, that's an entirely different thing.

The setting of the RP will not be on earth. Or at least it's going to be in an area where the supernatural thrive.

Ah, I see. So then, is Four Winds the only institution of it's kind, or are there other magic academies around?
I'm interested too. Got a question though; obviously this is basically set in the real world plus magic, but what about the history? Did everything happen the same as we know, or are there a lot of differences due to magic?

For instance, you mentioned a "second demon war"; is that like WW2 but with demons, or is it something completely different?

I think I'll just make it so that the picture in the profile is her battle costume. It's not like many other RWBY characters have practical looking outfits in battle (*cough* Weiss *cough*). Right now at the festival, she's wearing more casual looking stuff.

It's a combat skirt.
@LetMeDoStuff Why is Solid Snake at Illuminate?
Unless I miscounted, there are more men than women in this RP.

Which means rather than yuri we're likely to have yaoi.

Because if Illuminate Academ is like beacon they have hundred of students and only have like four staff members and they can only do so much so quickly.

Is that a joke you're making?
Seeing as we're supposed to have started a short way into the first semester, your characters ought to know you're a pseudo-team already. I mean, why would they wait until now to explain it to them?
Guys, you're supposed to pick the person that's least suited to leadership in order to set us up for a cliche piece of character development.

...Hang on.

"Happy, angry, sad" are emotions a person would go through depending on the situation they are in. They are not personality traits.

Did that person even understand what "personality" actually means?

:/

Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't. It was like they were explicitly trying to fit into every bad player stereotype. They also wanted to do a "revealed in RP" history.
