While she is a royal in name and in blood, she is far down the line for the crown. A fact she is rather greatful for. It made growing up in the court a lot more easy than the now queen and the late prince. No assasination attempts on her life or pressure to read every book in the library about diplomacy and battle tactics. Instead, she grew up close to her father's troops. Always at his heels since a young age with a sword at her side and a cocky smirk on her lips. Aorilis began her training as soon as she began her studies. Her family had always been knights for the crown, and she was no exception. She was born to be the crown's Left Hand. The hand that would reach where the crown could not. She didn't get the name of "The Rose Knight" for nothing. Sh could be rather cocky about her position but she makes sure to not let it into her head. She is a woman of duty with a strong loyal ties to the crown. Stern and cold, Aorilis could be a maticulus woman. No detail is overlooked by her cold gaze. While she could be seen as an intimidating woman, Aorilis could be warm. She knows her job is a difficult one that requires every inch of her body and mind, but she likes to relax once in a while. Some knights under her command have seen her smile, or was that just a rumor? S K I L L S ________________________________________________________________________________________ Born into a royal family, Aorilis has the skills any royal lady of her standing would. She knows how to sow, how to read, write, sing, and play a few instruments. Of course, as a royal she must also know how to controll her ancestral abilities. Aorilis is the most skilled conjuer in her family, with the ability to summon from lesser to high demons with very little effort. Aorilis is also skilled in the sword and bow, skills needed to be part of the queen's private guard. While her two-handed swords skills could use a bit of an improvement, Aorilis is the best rapier user in the lands. She has gone undefeated since her 13th birthday and has continued to master her skills.

Appearance

Aries, the lead singer, and guitarist of a heavy metal band called Fourdust. Known for his deep voice, crazy vocal fry and crazy guitar riffs.

Many think of Gabriel as intimidating when they first meet him, and he certainly looks that way, just a bit over 6’0” and weighing in at around 180 pounds, give or take. His large arms and ink-covered skin certainly present him as some hard ass. The dark well-groomed beard only adds more to this illusion he created of himself. While his outer exterior makes clearly fits the idea of a metal singer, his eyes betray the persona he carefully built over time. The honey-colored eyes can never maintain eye contact. His scarred arms and fingers always toy with something in repetitive patterns. Gabriel is always looking around him as if he is expecting something to jump out to get him.

Gabriel loves red. Red and black are his two favorite combinations, and he is always seen wearing them. His style revolves around the need to feel bigger and tougher than he is. So leather jackets, studded shoes, lots of skulls and rings. Anything that a stereotypical metal star would wear, he has it. Even when it's hot, he's always wearing something black and fashionable. Although, lately, he has been seen around with sweats more often than not.

Personality

Gabriel is the charismatic, talkative, and friendly leader of the band.

He's an easy-going dude with an ever-present lopsided grin on his lips. While his looks may scream upright rich asshole, his personality is quite the opposite. He is a gentleman who loves to explore nature or spend his time with his daughter. Gabriel isn't quick to judge and believes in second impressions. He is polite, patient, and understanding. He's always up to a one on one discussion and is comfortable with small talk. While Gabriel still has a calm demeanor, he always has his guard up.

He is a kind and curious man that doesn't shy away from an adventure. During social gatherings, Gabriel mingles here and there but never sticks around too long, preferring to stay alone most of the time. While a few alcohol shots would do the trick to loosen up his tongue and demeanor, it has proven quite tricky to get him to drink. But if you manage to get him drunk, Gabriel becomes a loud and emotional person who will not turn his back from any challenge. Ask him to jump off a second story house into a pool? Fuck it.

Gabriel has problems setting boundaries for himself and others. He has issues distinguishing red flags in some people. He tends to be too trusting, and it just results in people walking all over him. He doesn't like confrontation. He doesn't like talking about his problems or even thinking about them. Want to talk about the fact his ex was an abusive asshole? Nah, Gabriel has a blunt to smoke. He will use his jokes and goofy smile to sidetrack the conversation. Gabriel tries to use humor as a coping mechanism, something that people find a bit cynical.

Biography

Gabriel doesn't talk about his childhood or anything before college. The tabloids haven't been able to get their grubby little hands on his past either-- something he is very proud of. During interviews, they always ask him about his family or who he was before Fourdust was formed. Gabriel has only shared a few facts here and there.

There are a few things the tabloids know; Gabriel has a seven-year-old daughter, he has four dogs, and his band is slowly falling apart. Gabriel always tried to save his daughter from the flashing cameras and gossip-hungry tabloids. He wants her to grow up away from the public eye. Gabriel has done an excellent job for now. No one knows her name or what she looks like, or who her mother is. As for the rumors that Fourdust is falling apart, Gabriel's mental state has been on a decline for a few years now. Because of that, his skills have begun to diminish too. Shit, there are days when he can't even get the energy to get out of bed or play. The band's last tour was a year.

It was a year ago that Gabriel came out of a long term relationship with an abusive man. Gabriel was repeatedly humiliated and patronized. Belittled and told to shut up. His ex often showered him with love then just completely ignored, so Gabriel always tried to please in any way he could just to feel the love again. It went on for almost two years. First, it has been a slap. A playful one, then it only got worse. Pills took the edge off for a while. Then it became harder drugs. Everyone around him tried to help Gabriel, but he just ignored them. It only came to a stop when his daughter was almost hurt because of him. After that, he blamed himself nonstop.

The whole ordeal made him realize the cycle he was living in. It had started before he had even been born, and he was still a part of it. He's still trying to recover and seek the help he needs to move past this with his daughter.

His band members and his agent convinced him into rehab. He hasn't been able to stay sober for long. Withdrawals make Gabriel slip up no matter how hard he tries. So he tried something different. A vacation. Away from everything and everyone he knows. Something simple to take his mind off things. His daughter is staying with her mother for the week of Christman, so Gabriel seized the opportunity to get on a week-long cruise. Just him, a bunch of strangers, and the urge to dig into his pills.

Hello! I'm new here and just getting back into RP after a year-long trip, so 1x1 would be the best kind of RP to get me back into the groove of things. Anyway, I have a vague idea for an adventure RP taking place in a fantasy world of our picking. It would be from an existing world such as Skyrim, Middle Earth, or DA- or something completely original. I do enjoy having some small world-building in an RP, but that would be up to you!

Anyway, the RP would include a party of four to six people going on an adventure to either save the world or rescue a princess. Or, I dunno, overthrow the crown through a rebellion they have been working for a few years now. Really, it's all up to us. We could go any way, I am totally for it!

I do have some requirements for you, you'll have to be above the age of 18(I do like to dabble in some darker themes of violence, gore, and other stuff. I do skip when people do the do though), you'll have to be able to write more than two paragraphs and have pretty good grammar. Oh! And be open to MxM or FxF romance, that would be a nice touch too!
