I try as much to avoid using an existing character when it comes to RPs like this and also I re-read some posts in the previous pages. I might wanna reconsider making a new character since I don't want to pressure you @Lugubrious given your seemingly somewhat scary experience with space based abilities.

Then again I'm almost done with Dane but still having that thought of what ifs that I may not be able to live in terms of standard and whatnot. I'll do my best once this is done.

Simply put it this way, all types of small knives all over the world stored in Storage Collection at home. ALL FOR THE LOVE OF COOKING!

Abilities:
Dane specializes in covert operations, in other words stealth and any movement is quick and decisive. Knives are Dane's preference of combat along with the use of bow and arrow. Combat skills aside, Dane is particularly neat in cooking considering the store of knives that is kept at home, specializing in Asian and Middle Eastern dishes. The supernatural ability of Dane is Warping, at its current level, Dane is able to distinguish mass and able to see masses of masses at will, this allows Dane to decide whether or not teleporting into such areas is safe or not.

Warp is a teleport variation; specialized on traveling through dimensions. It allows one to create warp holes or portals unlike teleportation, the ability is dependent on stamina and the user's memory power. One can transport anything they want as long as they can sustain the portal and remember how it came to be.

Evidently dependent on the stamina and mass amount, bigger objects are extremely difficult to transport, let alone living things. Since Dane's Warp is limited, the amount of transporting is dependent on stamina and memory. Dane will never have the power to warp people but at least open a portal, user friendly for everybody to pass through another dimension. Dane can open dimensions as long as stamina is adequate enough to execute and maintain but this is something that can't be done freely because it requires memorization, opening a dimension is a complex process. Oddly, for a specialized travelling ability, the weaponry of Dane particularly throwing weapons can be increased in momentum with the help of warp.

The price of Warp is that, it makes one forgetful and crippled due to the muscular strains at certain instances which is why Dane uses Warp wisely and not freely. Another one is literally warped and distorted minds, Warpers who are driven by madness are literal abominations of space, their bodies will not only be crippled but will become a Warp Wraith.

Fighting Style:
Dane's style of fighting is decisive, literally circling opponents until they tire out, this method is called "wild goose chase" due to the preference of long distance, bow and arrow. When it is close combat, Dane prefers using knives and multiple kicks and dirty tricks such as spitting on ones face.

Dane's fighting style changes when warp is involved, warp is only effective when preparation time is granted, an example of it would be the arrows launched from the bow will have increased momentum due to the velocity granted by warp. Warp although limited is versatile and is good for team battles which Dane even openly admits because it is tactical.

Personality:
Don't be surprised for the amount of creepiness that runs through every bit of being of Dane, in particular moments of popping out of nowhere. Simply a masked person who is extremely hyperactive and awkward, it is really hard to tell if Dane is serious or not because it either ends up as a sarcastic answer or a not serious one at all. Dane's gender is another thing, it is really hard to tell if this masked bastard is a male or a female despite the many hints which are misleading. Body language is the best way that Dane can express as well as the loud persona that is equipped.

Dane is a lover of food, 24/7 food talk and 15% water talk, Dane hates it when food is wasted and anything that lacks precision, Dane simply expresses sadness and a crying pose when the bad happens. If it is a happy news, Dane rejoices through the expression of gestures such as jumping and laughing.

Battle Mode Dane is the same as good ol' Dane because Dane has a No Kill Policy unless needed, Dane literally trolls those who have it coming.

Oohh! Haven't been playing with Naruto RPs for a long time with the obvious reasons at hand.
I'm in! I can also co-gm if you want.

The way all this trend is going leads me to believe with all the big group and stuff, I must say Magi The Kingdom of Magic reference? You know ever constant adventures instead of just staying in the leaf. TBH, it's nice going back and forth to the village but it eventually loses its appeal. Ninjas are smart enough IMO to have some form of mini HQ all over the world. Just a suggestion going by story in-universe.

WAN MO TING! *inserts Jackie Chan's Uncle voice* We are all aware of the following:

-Lesser Uchihas to the point nobody starts getting butthurt at each other or no Uchihas at all, lesser bs and at the very best they can only have their Base Sharingan with 3 tomoe and not MS.
-Power levels and characters. Let's be honest, nobody wants to spam Chakra Gundams, Rinnegan and cute tsundere tailed beasts or even have one inside their OC. If we go on the "Don't make your OC a Mary/Gary Stue" perspective, OC shouldn't be stronger than the canon characters and all that stuff. I do suggest you put some restrictions and standards on who gets to make the cut for Jounin because there's what you called "Room for improvement".

Back to the power levels, I think I'm half right on that account. There are some instances that our OCs can be stronger than the canon ones. *Cough* like majority is basically > Sakura, Ino, Hinata etc. More so there's the gag thing that everybody who wants to make a prodigy makes a strong reference "Sasuke level" like wut.

WAN MO TING! (Yeah I had a lot of Jackie Chan Adventure lately but watevs xD) I think everybody should agree that Rper #1's character is/could be stronger than Rper #2's OC and so on. It would be too boring if everybody is at the same level cuz variety. There's such thing as "Kryptonite" because every jutsu has a weakness. Fairy Tail is the best example of portraying this with standard mages and dragon slayers of the same element.

-Plot. I am honest here. For now yours is vague but I summed it up as "Big Adventures" from one point to the other. Traveling all over the world!

-Characters. You're straightforward to begin with. Nobody wants a forced relationship *cough forced pairings like in the manga, don't attack me shiipers lol and Sasunaru*

This is an Urban Fantasy RP and with heavy mystery one, so more questions and more mind screws. Even though this is set in Japan, it's not gonna be stuck there because the RP isn't called Zone to Zone for nothing. You are not just students but different individuals preempted on this journey, so less cute school girl and boy bs. There will be heavy crime stuff in this since this is a hero based RP like the TV shows we all see in CW, FOX etc. Yes, I can be an open book given normal is an illusion here so please donut I repeat do not be engross in the idea of having super powers at the start.
