Caleb Winslow:

He is Vincent’s all around assistant and butler. This includes taking care of the children when they do not have a nanny. The children call him their “manny.” He comes along on most of the family outings, as Vincent gets called away often because even on vacation, his job is persistent. So even when in another country, Vincent is often on the phone, dealing with things back in the states. (40 years old.)

Vincent’s personal driver. The perk of the job? Free vacations, though he is still on the “job” as their driver. Downside? Airplane is caught in a storm and crashes on island! (24 years old)

Vincent met Rachel when they were both fairly young. He was 20 years old when his first daughter was born. They got married and enjoyed a life for the first few years. He was getting more successful in his line of work, even taking over his father’s Broadway Company. Vincent’s name was known by most in the entertainment industry and they were getting richer and richer, he becoming busier and busier. Their next daughter was born when he was 25. Right around that time, Rachel started to see other men behind Vincent’s back and things ended in a divorce. For the children’s sake, they stayed in contact and were civil with each other. Vincent got custody of them because he could support them and Rachel could not.

A year after the divorce, Rachel found out she had cancer. It was a quick and ugly battle.
