β Nicknames βEveryone calls her Kenny
β Sexual Orientation & Relationship Status βHeterosexual and very single
β Appearance βKenny stands at 5'6" with the slender and graceful physique of a dancer. She has fair skin that tans easily, and also provides her with a dusting on freckles across the top of her shoulders and her nose during the summer months. Her icy blue eyes stand out the most when she is tanned, yet still manage to draw plenty of attention in the colder months thanks to the thick, dark lashes that surround them.
She has her septum pierced, the result of an unfortunate amount of peer pressure, but she has grown to love it. Her ears are also pierced - in four places on her right, and two on her left. Kenny's style is definitely more on the bohemian side of things; she adores natural colours - warm browns, forest greens, midnight blues. And, more recently, she's become rather devoted to weaving feathers and beads and ribbon into her hair, which is naturally a soft chestnut colour with the last of some blonde dye growing out at the ends. Some would even say she has a hippie vibe to her, which she would most likely laugh at, and insist that she's nowhere near that cool.
Makeup is a rarity with Kenny, especially when it comes to the summer, but she isn't afraid of some mascara every so often - and who doesn't love a splash of glitter?
β Personality β The Positive:

More in depth:
Upon first impression, Kenny is a free spirit if you ever saw one. She has a love for all things beautiful and is rare to not see her laughing or smiling or reciting lines from one of her favourite books. She is a truly compassionate individual, and most find it hard to dislike her for her bright optimism and willingness to see the light in even the darkest of things.
Not only is she such a startlingly colourful person, but she's modest, as well - even to the point of self criticism. It is her vibrant nature that can be her downfall, though. Not only does it cause a lot of people to distrust her, either out of jealousy or suspicion, but it also presents herself as someone who is particularly susceptible to being played.
Behind the bright and bubbly identity that so many associate with Kenny is a completely different story. Upon finding this more damaged aspect to her, you will also discover how good of a liar she is. She will go out every day with a fixed smile on her face no matter how wrecked she feels inside. Kenny does not do this to deceive people, but rather in a selfless manner to ensure that they don't worry about her. She carries her obsessive compulsive disorder like a burden, and only very few know of it. It is something that has brought her a shattering amount of shame over the years, causing in her forming mask after mask of the nature-loving beauty that she so wishes to be.

β Brief History βCharity Williams and Thomas Greene hooked up while they were both still in high school - a whirlwind summer romance, over before it ever really began. They stayed together for one reason - Dean; Kennedy's older brother of two years. Dean was born a month after Charity had graduated, and the new, small and inexperienced family settled down in a small apartment in the city of Phoenix, Arizona. The parents' relationship was rocky, to say the least, and when Dean reached the age of two, Thomas packed his bags and left his then-pregnant partner without so much of a backwards glance. And so Kennedy Williams was born seven months later, serving as little more than a reminder to her mother of how much of a mess her life had become.
Kennedy's childhood was not an easy one, but she and her brother found joy in the little things of growing up. They would spend the hours that their mother worked outdoors - whether they were at the park, in the woods, or even sneaking into the rich people's private lakes for a swim in the never ending hot summer months, they could barely spend an hour inside. The two became inseparable - Dean stepping in as Kenny's guardian in place of the father she had never known and the mother who was always tired.
It was when she had just started high school that Kenny began to find herself being not good enough for everyone. She was relatively popular - as popular as one could be in such a large school with a good-looking older brother - but she had few close friends in which she could confide in. As she got older, she strived more and more for perfection until, by the age of fifteen, it began eating away at her inside. She would put on a happy face in school, but at home she spent longer indoors - unwilling to face the world and its frightening chaos. There was nothing wrong with her, she would tell herself, it was just part of growing up. It was her brother that convinced her to visit a psychiatrist, having noticed her withdrawal from her old self and her lack of laughter at home. Their mother was too busy to notice.
She was prescribed medication that she was to take every day, morning and night, and fortnightly therapy sessions. It was expensive stuff, but Dean spent all of his savings on his little sister's mental health. And it worked. Mostly. Kennedy found herself relaxing, smiling and socialising more, her grades picked up and she even managed to get a job as a local lifeguard. And it was all thanks to her brother. In a way of saying thank you, she scraped up every last penny of her savings and bought him a trip to Europe - two months of travelling with an extra ticket for a friend. Secretly, she had wished he would have chosen her to take, but on the day she had given him the present, he had given her one too. Summer camp. A well done gift. Was it a fortunate coincidence? Or a cruel sense of irony? Only time will tell.
β Suit Assignment βFill this out when we give you a suit: Hearts, Clubs, Spades, Diamonds. That will determine your cabin assignments and teams for the ten weeks at camp
β Do you want to be here? βKenny is somewhat torn. Part of her wants to be with her brother, another part is excited for meeting new people and just having fun, and another scarily large part of her is petrified over the prospect of being alone for a whole two months.
