<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

These are all testing chambers that were running different experiments at one point in time. It happens that the fastest path to the control room that avoids other security systems takes us through five.

Five was the easiest possible? Geez.
*Walks up to the hole into the next room*
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

Very well.
*Tears down the wall, exposing another room full of technicolor wall wiring*

Why’d you even make this many rooms? Redundancy?
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

They should be independent, but I've cast aside assumptions for now.
*Breaks through the wall*
Are you prepared?

Prepared for the absolute unknown? Absolutely.
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

Alright. I suppose she knows where to find us.
*Raps the back of my hand against the wall adjacent to us*
It may be redundant information, but this should be the final room.

Any reason to believe it’s gonna suck the most?
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

*Nods*
That's a fair point. On that level, we do need to learn how much information the other party has.

I say we keep moving. On that note, we can’t really wait on her to wake up.
*Leans over and touches her, causing her to disappear in a quick, black flash*
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

And then? Interrogate or kill them? My top priority is that you both remain unharmed rather than acquire additional information about this attack.

We did come here to help. There are a lot of reasons to want to bring them down, even for us. If they’re here then they know who we are and we’ve made an enemy of them, now. And a person on the the controlling end of these simulations might have learned some of the same things you have that needs to be dealt with.
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

If they escape, that would save us the confrontation. Preparation is a concern.

You’d rather they escape than confront and subdue them?
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

Not by nature, but if someone is controlling these rooms, they may attempt to hold her hostage.

We could send her away, if necessary. The longer we wait, the more time this hypothetical person at the end of the rooms has to prepare or escape.
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

What alternative do we have to waiting? Leaving her would be unwise.

Is the room unsafe now that we've been through it?
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>

I hope that whatever she encountered was not that injurious.

That would be the hope. How long should we wait?
