@dreamyteatime Miss Tea, Miss Tea! :D
Boy, am I glad!
So is Shou hohoho.

I'm afraid a time-skip has been implemented, though. It's very unfortunate it had to happen mid conversation, but how would you like to proceed with it?
It's to 10 pm, so Shou probably won't stick around the Mochavine for that long. Do you want to continue the super awkward Shou just might pass out interaction over PMs, so I can post it all in my post, or would you like me to wrap it up some other way?

Miss Aoi Iwata will be appearing in the next two hours, if we're lucky! (And I do anything at home but sleep, of course. I've been out of the house so much, it's maddening!)
Non-player Character!

Name: Aoi Iwata

Age: 26

Appearance:

Height:5'9

Weight:131 lbs

Likes: Traditional dance (and food) from all different cultures, winter and spring, rivers and waterfalls, flowers (especially sakura blossoms), fancy clothes, uniqueness, cats, all kinds of music, tea, the spotlight, dreaming.

Dislikes: The heat, being alone/ignored, people that don't mean what they say, idle time.

Profession: Actress (Star of Milky Hearts 1 & 2, and Lady Moonlight)

Bio/Personality: It may come as a shock that the actress you see on television inserts herself into her roles in such a way, she lives them. She can be described as little else but beautiful, inside and out. She is graceful, soft-spoken and always smiling, and her romantic nature at heart is what pushed her to pursue hee acting career in romance films.

She grew up as the fifth child of seven sisters and two very traditional parents, teaching all the girls dance as they grew up. Though they've all moved to different parts of the country now, the sisterly bond is strong as ever and her parents are now old, and well cared for. The sisters all seem well off, but Aoi is the second most settled out of them all, the first being her eldest sister who is married, and besides her own endeavour in the shoe design department, her husband heads a prestigious law firm.
Aoi dreams to one day find a man who loves her despite her career and fame, and someone who sweeps her right off her feet.

I wish there was a like/laugh/thank button that was basically a little smiley face with hearts for eyes because that's exactly what I feel about Devin.

Anyway! The lovely Aoi should be making an apparence at the Tiny Snowflake very soon. Get read, @Knight of Doom :D

Postmodern Jukebox is also my new odd love, someone spoke about it on the chat and BOOM. Here we are and I'm always curious to hear more. Love Amaya''s theme!

The NPCs stress me out because they're all so dangerously attractive, I wonder if there'll be any women left for us actual male characters!

I'll wait on @dreamyteatime a little longer, before moving Shou out. I've got no real plans for him save walking his dogs at Shiny Park, in the middle of the night. (10 PM) Because he's an eccentric sort of guy.
Maybe he'll just be playing violin there, because it's a lot more convenient than in his house where he could really bug someone.

Strolling around with dogs, a coffee to go, and a violin case. <<
If that doesn't sound weird, I want to know what comes close.

@Summer Yo. Yo Yo Yo.
Would Jun know Shou by any chance? Since the man's got practically no friends at this point (Whoa. What a loner, really.) who are other characters, how about Shou and Jun start off knowing each other. It'd be a good way to get you into the game too, I hope. xD

That was a lot to say, eep!
Ooh! I've never been co-GM of an RP before. How absolutely charming!
I suppose the very least I can do before I go to bed (once I can tear my eyes off He's Just Not that Into You, which is playing this early in the morning on telly) is take that role seriously. :P

I think Jun is adorable! I could just eat him.
And since split bio and personality make it easier to monitor, too!
I think he's a-okay, but I'll let the big-boss have the final say and ask you to tweak him if he's gotta. :P Move him to the character tab, T! @Summer

Do add a theme if you find one (like most of us have at this point) to Jun's description, if you find something you think is fitting or really like something. :D
@IrishAngelQueen

A brunette, huh?
And someone who also enjoys the bitter embrace that is coffee?
Shou prefers brunettes and girls with wildly coloured hair anyhow. Reminds him of his quite dead girlfriend Alessandra. Who is, in essence, quite dead.

I like her already! :')

@Narcotic Dollie
Right? The lop sidedness is quite off putting! We need to get some testosterone in here!
Stat.
Two characters per person sounds wonderful, but then it'd be unfair still...
Being female, I wanna make a female character but... <<
Huh...Anyone know anyone who might be interested in popping in and making a male eyecandy characters?

EDIT: Aaaaaah there used to be a time where I adored 3OH!3 :') Thanks for the nostalgia, man. @Dynamo Frokane
@Stern Algorithm At least you saves his refrigerator from running! :D
...err...wait...
Oh God.
Shou's brown eyes keenly tracked the movements of the young lady with the pink hair, in what seemed to be moments from the time in which Rosanna disappeared into the staff room and, quite probably, home for her shift. It had only just hit the young professor that he probably never spoke to April before, and when she asked how she could help, his eyes frantically scanned the table in front of him. Rosa had already delivered the cake and coffee, so there was truly no need for the young lady to hang around.
But for some reason, Shou just wouldn't let that pass as easily.
"I...err." he paused, subconsciously biting his bottom lip as he weighed the options.
Order something new?
Say no, but ask her name? No, that's insanely creepy. She's also wearing a name-tag.
Get another cake? There's nothing else...
Unless...

"I...err, my c-coffee!" he blurted, cheeks barely a hue of pink. "Err, what I meant was, uhh...Rosanna must have forgotten to add the milk and sugar to my coffee! See! It's...it's black!"
He cursed himself internally. Whether sacrificing the perfect coffee for a chance to make the moment any less awkward was a good decision or not would be known to Shou later. He sheepishly looked away, as if something outside caught his attention, his voice in a softer tone now. It evidently shook, exposing him for his personal awkwardness and generally introverted personality. "That is...um. Please, Miss April. If you could fetch me some sugar and...some milk."
Did people even order milk on the side? His lack of experience with the very act failed him.
"Trying to impress someone, mm, Rosanna?" Shou leaned his cheek in his palm, elbow against the table as he lazily smirked over at Rosanna patting down her hair and fixing her clothes as best she could. His half-lidded eyes only widened when she told him that there was no more strawberry cheesecake, to which he picked his head off up his palm, and used the same two fingers to get rid of his lollipop stick, now reduced to just a white skeleton of what it formerly was. He grabbed a tissue from the little holders on each desk and wrapped the stick in it, garbage to be thrown away later. "Heh. Someone coming in to see you, soon?"

Pausing for just a beat when she told him the new options, he sighed rather dramatically before drumming the fingers of his free-hand against the desk whilst he considered. Since the cheesecake was out, and he wanted something rich to go with the coffee, the black forest cake it would have to be, "I'll take the black forest then. Those darn kids, they'll end up eating everything in this place except you one day."
And here he chuckled, "Actually, no. They probably will, after all that cake. A sweet girl like you? Great dessert."

It was true. Shou had known Rosanna ever since she started working at the Mochavine. She was sporty, spunky and full of life more often than not, and Shou told her more often than not that she was more of an outdoorsy girl, full of fields and beaches and parties on the beach, that she must have been some sort of party-mermaid in her past life.

Among her babbling, Shou sleepily caught the mention of her name, and then it finally did click why she called him Professor more often than not. He was used to it, seeing as he was called it about five days a week for an achingly long period of time. "Shou Matsuoka? Yeah, that guy, huh? Real big-shot with the ladies..."

"Nick is definitely an interesting boy. He doesn't pay his studies much heed, I'm afraid, but he's a good kid. He's got this addiction to bubble-gum that I'm starting to worry might be fatal." he mused, "Otherwise? He has the most interesting hair I've seen in a while. Dyed purple, and this lovely shade of blue. I suppose he isn't bad-looking...He really is such a flirt, but I'm sure he probably has a girlfriend already. He gets just as many love-letters on a daily basis as this Professor Shou, I can assure you that. They fall out of his desk in my class, too. With all that flirting he does, I bet she must get jealous. He mentioned you on the radio this morning, actually."
Shou glanced out blankly through the window, watching the world go by and avoiding Rosanna's gaze. Nick wasn't wrong. She was a real sun kissed beauty. He began to wonder if he was really out of her league or not, when the bell on the door chimed softly and the woman with the beautiful pink hair stepped in. Though he was taken by her, if only for a couple of seconds, with a little grunt he tore his eyes away as well, sighing a little as he did. How old was she? 20? 21?
I'm getting too old for this to be funny.

He couldn't help but let his thoughts drift to her.
Alessandra.

"Suppose that's the end of your shift, huh, Rosanna?" laying his cheek back in his palm, he looked over at the young woman with the same lazy smile from earlier. "I'll make sure to tell Nick he's got some little ladies very curious as to what he's like. I'm sure I'll see him in my class. In my Biology class."
He paused, and feigned a nonchalant yawn, stretching out his arms and mid-stretch letting his gaze find Rosanna's again. He gave her a little wink, "Professor Shou Matsuoka's Biology class, to be more specific. Checkmate, little lady."

Though he found himself more focused on April. Usually, he'd pop in and never be able to catch her name, because he was either too focused on a book or caught Rosanna just as she was leaving, so had no real need to speak to her. This time, however, it seemed like she would be the one bringing Shou his cake and coffee.
"Good afternoon, Miss April."
He fumbled with the name, only catching it on a beat from Rosanna's lips when she mentioned her.
Don't want to make a bad impression, of course.
Ah...yes. I remember.
"It definitely was. You did show that apron who was boss..." Shou's eyebrows knit and he gave the man a sympathetic smile. It was mostly for casting a glance at the bandaged hand, knowing something was wrong, and even partly for the joke. Though, being the man he was, he wasn't about to leave Arty hanging. He chuckled a little, convincingly at best, though his hand covered his face and tried to hide a remaining smirk right after. It wasn't malicious, by any means. More so...mischievous? Curious? It reached his eyes. "Nice to meet you too, Arty. You've been around the class for a while, yes? Since even before me, I think...Well, all things aside. My name is Shou. Incidentally, I'm actually a professor at this academy."
He retiringly shoved his hands into the pockets of the black trousers he wore, before casting another look at his bandaged hand. "Burn yourself, Arty? Hold on, I might have something for that..."

Having walked alongside the man to the bus-stop, just a little bit away from the parking lot, he fished out two things from his shoulder-bag. A little red lollipop gripped firmly between his slender fingers, which he unwrapped immediately and stuck between his lips. It was strawberry flavoured, tied with cherry for his absolute favourite. He also fished out a mint-green sachet and transferred it to his right hand, smirking up at the red-haired youth before shaking his outstretched hand at last, and simultaneously placing the sachet into it. The packet itself would, if the man so cared to read it, read a foreign-sounding name, but also underneath, provide a little description, "For the treatment of: cuts and burns, and to soothe rashes".
It sounded like the salve from some miracle-herb, but in fact, Shou knew his medicine. It wasn't a particularly popular brand among the others at the market, but judging by how many little sachets that were still in Shou's bag, maybe five or six more, it was evident he trusted the brand with his life. Or, at least, the burning of his hands.
"Here. Try this. It should help your hand. I usually bring a lot because I'm a terrible cook as well. It helps burns...sometimes I wish I could just spread some on my cakes." he laughed bashfully here, a little embarrassed about how he was notorious for burning things or undercooking things, and nothing in between on most occasions.

"I'll see you next Saturday then, Arty?" Shou noticed a bus approaching, and instinctively stepped back on his heel. Roads made him a little nervous, though he wouldn't admit it. "Was a pleasure, Arty. I'll be seeing you!"
And with a little bow, lollipop held in place and words a little slurred due to that, he gave the man a final glance, and a smile, before turning on his heel to be on his way.
His next location, as usual, would be the Mochavine. They brewed his favourite coffee, and usually he'd take it black. Sometimes he'd grab a cup to go early in the morning before coming in to work, and it wasn't uncommon for some of the older professors, especially the women, to tease him about it. They always seemingly enjoyed that, for some reason, as they drank their own teas.
Shou didn't hate tea. Not at all, actually. He preferred it green to most other types, though was open to trying more. His tea was like his wine.

Getting into his car, it was a champagne green Ford Explorer, so quite the comfortable ride. Fetching his sunglasses from a compartment in the ceiling of the car, he reversed out of the parking lot, and onto the roads of Shine City itself.
It was a beautiful city, really. Shou couldn't think of a better way to enjoy it than with some ska, summery and upbeat.

It didn't take too long (thankfully) before the young professor walked through the doors of the Mochavine Cafe & Bar, shoulder-bag still where it was on his left shoulder and him fiddling with it just a little as he stepped through the doors. His eyes scanned the area and located whom they were searching for almost immediately.
"Ah, Rosanna. The usual, please." he bowed his head to the woman with the dark hair, and gave her as bright a smile as he could manage without his coffee. The days dragging on really pulled a number on you, whether you were teaching or otherwise.
"...and maybe one of those new cakes you got in, recently. A strawberry cheesecake, I think there was? I'll take one of that. Thanks!"
And with that, he sat himself down at a table beside the window. He always loved watching the city go by, and enjoying a nice cup of coffee and usually a book. Today, he was going to enjoy some more pages out of a Dan Brown novel he hadn't finished yet: Angels and Demons.
@dreamyteatime @Dynamo Frokane Shou actually might drop by the cafe and bar for something to drink pretty soon, after talking to Arty. I'm thinking of making it a usual Saturday routine for him to pick up the finest, blackest, most bitter brewed coffee they have. Will he see Rosanna or April there?
